Food good ... Not great but filling and plenty of it. Service was extremely slowwwwww. AC Temperature in restaurant was ridiculously set. We froze and so did the other customers. Most went back to their cars to get sweaters/jackets. Obvious the waiter didn't notice or didn't care. One little boy was shivering. Chicken sandwich good. French onion soup was good. This review is for the carry-out pizza portion of the business in Peru. Terrible customer service. Good luck getting through on the phone, and if you do, you will get some rude woman who acts like it's your fault she can't hear you. If you're put on hold, it will eventually be disconnected. If you order during a special event (like a Super Bowl), you need to order at least a month in advance and even then it will be late. Even if their food was outstanding -- and it isn't -- I've boycotted the place due to their customer service. read more

Ordered 3 pizzas to be picked up. Was very disappointed. The outside crust was way too thick so you lost a lot of pizza unless of course you wanted giant breadsticks too. This is my first review. The location was great for a pizzeria joint/restaurant. Pizza tastes great, was a little thin and the crust was thin as well. Garlic knots for appetizers wouldn't recommend, they seemed like normal dinner rolls with garlic on them. Also, didn't like the small portion of marinara sauce for them, we ran out and ordered another side of marinara and got charged .50 for it. I drove 30 miles to sit and eat a slice of pizza here tonight, cause I was jonesing for pizza. I had the option of grabbing a take-out slice closer to home, but decided to take the plunge and check out Pasquale's. The hostess assured me I could get a slice of any marinara-type pizza by the slice. But then, after I ordered, my server returned with the strange news that they don't have any more sliced pizza. It's 7:15pm. The restaurant is open till 9...I was so disappointed, I decided to just leave, but my server came back and said they had one smaller than average slice they could throw in the oven for me. So I decided to stay and write a review. My pizza slice was soggy on the bottom and looked like the kind of thing you get at Stewart's, the kind of thing that's been sitting out all day, but it did taste good. The people at the table across from me ordered a cheese pizza and it looked so much better than what I had, I felt like begging them for a piece. I also ordered the iceberg wedge salad, which was pretty good, but the two dressings I tasted, the blue cheese and the balsamic, did not taste homemade or particularly good. The chicken wings do look really good. If I come again I'll try those. The service is friendly. Even underwhelmed as I am, I might come try the place again with some friends. I just won't come again, hoping to cheer myself with a slice on a lonely night. read more

Fantastic job by a family who knows what they're doing. Local establishment that is really taking off in the area, and rightfully so. Never actually had anything delivered, always just eat-in, so can't comment on that. Garlic knots are INCREDIBLE. Also they have a sick selection of beer. read more

Good food! We are from out of town, and came to this restaurant on recommendation of my boyfriend's two teenage kids, who live in the area. Went on a Sunday around 6 pm as walk-ins. Only downfall was that there was no seating available on the restaurant side, so we (2 adults, 2 teens) sat at a table in the bar, which was quite noisy. If we had known large parties had booked up the restaurant, we probably would have called ahead. Despite that, the meal was delicious! I would most definitely eat here again! read more

Just stopped by for pizza on our way back from Vermont. We ordered a pepper and onion pizza but they made a pepperoni pizza in error. The waitress apologized and returned it to the kitchen for a redo. Unfortunately the kitchen decided to cut corners and removed the pepperoni, put on sautéed onions and green and red peppers. If you know anything about food you should know you can't remove pepperoni without leaving the taste and grease lingering. We have had many p&o pizzas there before that were very tasty. This was awful and disappointed in the kitchen staff. We paid for the pizza and told them to throw it out. It will be a long time before we return, if at all. read more

Looking for a place to eat near the Ausable Chasm. Pasquale's in Peru was a great find. Really attentive staff, great pizza, and lots of nice other options if you wanted an Italian entree. We had antipasto and a couple of specialty pizzas. Delicious! read more

We stopped here when we saw that Crickets was no longer in business. This is a typical red sauce joint. I had the Lasagna and my wife the Chicken Parm. Not as good as my wife makes but pretty good considering where they are, a small town in upstate, N.Y. My only complaint is that they serve garlic knots instead of bread. read more

We love Pasquale's! The food is wonderful, the service friendly and prompt. The bar is a good place to gather and talk, share drinks and food. Everyone can find something they like. And last but not lease Affordable. We would recommend this to anyone. read more

We discovered Pasquale's last summer while I'm the area on vacation. We're back this year and happy to find the Pasquale's businesses alive and well. We have not yet eaten in the restaurant, though we plan to. We ordered the pizza from the take out part of the business and have been happy every time. Good stuff. read more

Called for delivery 1.5 hours later he shows up and for the second time he forgot to bring the salad that was ordered!! The delivery service gets a very poor rating from me. I won't be ordering delivery from them again, the delivery person really should double check to be sure he has the complete order before he leaves. read more

We have had take out pizza many times and never had any complaints. Halloween evening we decide to go in for dinner, this was a mistake. We arrive at 7:05 and within a few minutes we have been seated. That was the last of the good experience. At 7:40 our order is finally taken, we have been given all the water we can drink (which is good) as there has been no food, at 8:05 we get up and walk out, still not having received food. The waitress comes out to the car as we are leaving to make excuses and tell us that our food is ready, I guess it takes leaving to get any service. We take the food to go (they give us a bit of a discount $15.00 on a $70.00 bill) it was ok, though soured by the horrible service. We will not be going back for dinner. maybe after sometime we may get more pizza for takeout. read more
