The ladies arrived on time and got to work right away. My bathrooms looked AMAZING after they were done. I also asked them to clean the kitchen and hardwood floors. They did a great job on the kitchen but I had to go over some areas of the hardwood floor again with a wet towel and vacuum after they left. I also asked them to clean a couple of areas as a last minute request and they were flexible and able to clean those areas for me. I expected a lot because of the great reviews, & they were nice enough to work us in exactly when we needed them. However, I was incredibly disappointed in the quality of service. We had Passeto clean a completely empty house with brand new appliances, so nothing too taxing, but it wasn't done very well. There was still soap scum on the shower floors & grease on the kitchen cabinets. The window sills weren't cleaned. I feel like I paid $300 for them to dust the house. read more

She gave a first cleaning quote based on the information I provided, but I asked her to come do a walk-through to make sure she knew exactly what we wanted and how big the house is. Unlike many of her competitors who I interviewed, her original quote remained consistent after seeing the house. She also maintains a consistent price between a first clean and a recurring/maintenance clean. She says that the first clean is a better version of leaving a business card--so she wants her clients to see what she does for the price she quoted.
