I literally work in tech and I cant figure out how to get any answers from this place or their portals/sites. The only online portal I can find is to pay them (which I have). It is so easy to access financial information but finding medical answers feels impossible. I have tried resetting my password, making a new account, calling the Kildaire location multiple times. My PCP was closed due to NYE so I went to NextCare. 4.5 hours later I'm told I have flue B despite no symptoms beyond fever and dismissed. The arrogant FCP, non-doctor, said my ear was bulging but she could not see why. Totally ignored previous diagnosis from an actual Dr and gave me a tamiflue prescription despite. She then proceeded to ask me if I was a Dr or healthcare professional when I questioned why she was ignoring the fact my ear was bulging and the previous diagnosis. She did not even listen to heart and lungs until she brought me the discharge papers. Absolute waste of time and there needs to a zero star rating. AVOID

I was diagnosed from my doctors in AZ with an upper respiratory infection. I went here. I made an appointment. Waited an hour to be seen. Next it was a PA who came in. She looked at my right ear only said I did not have an ear infection. And, to start taking Sudafed. She never looked at my left ear. Never felt my throat. Did not listen to my lungs. Then told me she suffers from ear ringing herself on the daily. I will be going to another place for my urgent care needs.

When I asked the woman who was booking the appointment if the doctor was taking new patients, she assured me they were. I spent 17 minutes on the phone booking the appointment and asking questions. On the day of my "scheduled" appointment, I called to confirm my appointment, and the person answering the phone said I did not have a confirmed appointment and the doctor was NOT taking new patients. If the staff answering the phone can't do their job, then how can I trust any of the staff here.

On my first appointment, while I was lying on the exam table, he was spent over 10 minutes in trying to make soap dispenser work, literally at the end trying to rip the cover off. After about 5 minutes again went to the machine fixed in the opposite corner of the room and fidgeted with it for another 10 minutes............. During which he was murmuring to himself about the mechanism of dispensing. You bet he charged all this time to me. He mentioned that he wants me to go thru a stress test and asked me to come next appointment for a stress test, he will not see me but stress test will be handled by his nurse. When I arrived his nurse had a probably 45 minutes interview with me and then informed me that the stress test will be given in the hospital not at the clinic, where as I got the clear understanding from Schocken that the nurse will conduct it on the premises of clinic. I would have not come to give my history again to a nurse, if he had not lied about the test. If you want to clarify his instructions by asking a question, he will raise his voice and rudely reply his previous instruction not even bothering to understand what your angle is. Avoid him unless you want to feel like a private in front of a General/Dictator and liar ripping appointment expenses out of patients.
