(We ordered two orders of them and I only sent one back) Calamari 2/10 -it was soggy and then drenched in like a nasty marinara sauce. I used to go here every morning to get a breakfast sandwich. They are delicious- the only breakfast sausage I eat. However a lot of the older women who work here have nasty attitudes. I would always have to ask them to get a breakfast sand which from the back and every time I asked, I felt like it was a chore for one of the women to get one. I started feeling super uncomfortable about going there and having to ask, so i ended up going to Tedeschi's Deli which is 5 minutes down the road. for only 50 cents more I get a delicious breakfast sand which and amazing customer service- no matter how many times I come in a week. I do love the Pasta and Pizza Cafe, but i'm big on customer service and they just did not have the whole package. There food is good though. read more

About a week ago I wrote a negative review explaining why I no longer come here. Well I ended up having to stop in the other day because I was running late for work and had to grab some breakfast and when I was leaving one of the head managers (or at least I think she is) stopped me and sincerely apologized for my bad experience. I explained to her that customer service is important and she agreed with me 100%. She was very understanding and made me feel like they really take the time to hear their customers out. Needless to say, Just because I've had prior bad experience here, I will continue my service here, for their food is delicious and because i was heard. I don't think my bad experiences will be continuing. Thanks for making me feel good! read more
