The dressing was overly sweet for my liking and did not have your standard Cesar flavoring. I wish I would have asked more about the dressing to understand it a little better. I probably would not order this salad again. Eggplant parmigiano: this was sooooo good! The eggplant was breaded and cooked perfectly. I could have just eaten the eggplant it was so tasty. Highly recommend!! Tagliatelle bolognese: I am a huge sucker for bolognese, so I usually judge this sauce pretty tough. This. Was. De. Licious!!! The meat sauce was full of flavors and the noodles were cooked perfectly. I was impressed! Butterscotch budino: perfect way to end our meal. I'm a huge fan of butterscotch flavored desserts and this did not disappoint. It was light and not too heavy after a meal of pasta. The thick layer caramel on top was delicious.
