The restaurant has more room than what it looks like from the outside. We had a rather large party of 16 without a reservation after 6 on a Saturday night. We were seated pretty quickly in the back room that has more space for larger groups. I was contemplating between the chicken parmesan and spaghetti and went with the spaghetti with Italian meatballs. The bowl was a good size and included 3 meatballs. I wasn't able to finish it. This restaurant is a little pricey, but the food is definitely excellent. Just one of the better places in the River valley to eat, in my opinion. They serve a fantastic pork chop, which has become my very favorite thing to purchase. But they have excellent bread is part of the set up for each visit. They have great drinks that are mixed well from the fountain, and they have very fresh food with excellent service no matter what you purchase. read more

Had a very sad and disappointing experience here. The owner was incredibly rude and gave my 4 year old son the nastiest glare. She was insisting we were ruining other customers dining because my son was being "loud". He was sitting in his chair and giggling with his friend, causing no harm, nothing out of ordinary 4 year old energy. I ordered two meals. The Salmon Gnocchi & Parmesan Crusted Scallops. The Parmesan Crusted Scallops were so BAD. As if it's not bad enough that the scallops were BLAND they were also GRITTY. The angel hair pasta that came with it was extra heavy in butter or whatever they used it's like they only use butter and that's it. The Salmon Gnocchi was ok but bland. I ordered a cake. It did not look appetizing nor did it taste appetizing, it looked like an old cake saturated in grease. The icing of the cake was the best part of everything. Don't invite Gordon Ramsey. read more

Went for the first time Saturday night. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The manager came to the table several times to ask how things were, joked with my kid and kept him entertained, the server was awesome he had good recommendations and a good spirit to him. Food was amazing and fresh. I had the Chefs Gnocchi, my wife had the Southern Most Pasta, and my kid had the kids spaghetti. We also had the creamy crawfish dip. The food was hot and didn't taste microwaved. Lots of flavor. The place itself is very relaxing and has a great ambiance to it. I will go back hopefully soon. read more

I really wanted to like this place. The service is friendly and prompt, the restaurant is nice--but the pasta was criminally under-seasoned. I can't remember the last time I had to add salt to any dish, especially pasta, but I think I would have put ketchup on my scallop pasta just to taste something. Scallops were overcooked, garlic bread also had zero flavor. My girlfriends' pasta was also very very bland--even SHE had to salt it, which has never happened in the history of the world. I feel like I should give 3 stars, since salting dishes is HELLA basic, but honestly it's a pasta place in the middle of AR, so I guess I'm grading on a curve. read more

Walked in at 1pm for lunch with my family the hostess made it clear they didn't want to serve us because the closed at 2pm. I guess it doesn't hurt them to lose business. The appetizers both tasted like a TGI Fridays appetizer from the frozen section, but prepared really well. Our main courses were ok at best. Dessert was a flat out abomination. A huge slice of chocolate cake with absolutely no flavor. You could take a bite, set the fork down, and be like, nah, I'm good.
