I have tried to talk…read morewith a customer service representative through numerous mediums including email, phone, and instagram messenger (because I was directed to send them a message here from one of the employees) and all have gone unanswered. The one time I spoke with someone on the phone I was told I would receive a call back from a salesperson and never received a call back. Today, because they have a Rolex I am interested in purchasing and despite the unanswered messages, I decided to drive over and see if I could speak with someone in person and possibly purchase the watch. I visited the store website and saw they open at 10:00 am, drove 45 minutes to get there and arrived at 10:05 Despite seeing people working in the store, the representative told me they had to speak with the manager before being allowed to enter. My wife and I sat in the car for 25 minutes while we watched who appeared to be the manager arrive at around 10:15. I attempted to enter the store again and the representative told me to wait a little longer. We waited an additional ten minutes and continued to watch the two workers (one who I perceived to be the manager) walk around and ignore us. After 45 minutes of waiting we decided to leave. I was completely surprised by the nonchalance of turning away a customer who was ready to spend $10-15,000 dollars on a watch. No worries we will take our business else where. The shop owners met with us as we discussed our jewelry repair and watch battery replacement needs. They were extremely thorough, attentive and explained how the process would go. A couple of weeks later we received notification that our jewelry and watches were ready for pick up. My wife and I were so happy with the repair of an older wedding ring and gold necklace. Absolutely stunning work! The replacement of the watch batteries went very well too and all done at a reasonable price. If you are looking for quality craftsmanship and an excellent customer service experience this is the place to visit.
