Now fast forward almost 6 months and this is the review I'd like to give for WISE jewelers in Cibolo off of Main Street. Do Not and I mean Do not bring your valued , loved and sentimental jewelry to this location. I have had the worst experience and have been left with nothing but melted gold , loose diamonds and a ring that's been taken apart. I was quoted about 4 months for the owner to redesign my rings and come up with a new band plus 2 extra rings with the smaller diamonds to make the bands. I called in July when it was supposed to be ready and was told they were behind and it would be early August. I then called last week and they said they were finishing up and getting them shined they would be ready by end of week. I never heard from them. So I called yesterday and I kept getting the runaround, so I decided to go up there because who would be able to lie to your face. Well that's exactly what happened. I went in and the lady had said they weren't ready and they were still casting the mold. Which mind you last week I was told they were done. at this point I'm livid and all I want is my rings back. She said she had them in the back and it would take hours for her to get them ready. I said I really hope you haven't melted the gold down already which she had. needless to say I asked for her to get them for me now. That's when she went back and had her assistant come to the front to tell me that the rings were not even in the store. The owner then came back up as I asked for her and was told that nothing had been even started and that the rings were just melted down and not even in started. I asked why she would lie not once but numerous times? She never could give me a valid excuse. So please please do not take your business to this lady. If you can't handle a job don't accept it. I went today and thankfully had my rings but am still left with just loose stones , melted down gold and my grandmothers wedding rings which has all the smaller diamonds missing. Edit to add: it now looks as though I'm missing gold I'm so devastated. Weighed what I had verses what my appraisal was and it's not the same and literally missing an entire band of gold.

This store isn't like the rest of the stores in Market Square. The other Market Square shops have dusty merchandise stacked to the ceiling, and witty t-shirts about San Antonio. This isn't like the others. This store has a carefully curated selection of jewelry, all from Mexico. The shop isn't crowded with inventory, instead it's neatly laid out with the jewelry on display in a big case. The store is spotlessly clean, and they run things efficiently. The jewelry is mostly silver, with turquoise and other semi-precious stones set in them. The silver all has those purity numbers stamped in them so you know it's legit. They sell beautiful designs, all with a Mexican twist to them. If Frida Khalao were to have shopped in Market Square for necklaces, this is where she'd go. It's not an over-the-top fancy kinda place- it's not Tiffany's, the prices are still what I'd call reasonable. I'm not much of a jewelry guy, but this stuff would look good for Fiesta or any pachanga you might attend. The staff is quite friendly, and they have all kinds of other weird Mexican decorations to check out if you're not into the jewelry.
