They withhold medication from being sent to the pharmacy for unclear reasons. Staff lied and told me they were sending my medication to my pharmacy, they waited a whole day. You know how women like to fight for no reason, that's his Lake Elsinore staff and their attitude towards my treatment of care. I was told by their Sun City location that the office manager is too busy to send my medication to the pharmacy and it could take 72 hours for her to send it. They only see about 8 patients a day, not sure how hard this woman's job is. The doctor is really cool, unfortunately his staff is really unprofessional, for such a small location. My husband is a pro skydiver and broke his wrist, he tried to get an appointment and the doctor was so nice and welcomed to see him right after my appointment was over, the staff wanted to go home early, so they told Doctor Siddiqi that their "computers were down", because they didn't want to stay longer for my husband to be seen after my appointment. Great doctor, awful staff. Probably going to leave this place because of the staff, and go back to my old doctor, unfortunately he is further away, but at least they had great staff and no issues with medication being sent to the pharmacy. Dr. Siddiqi is great, but his staff will NOT help me, call me back like they said they would, or spend more than a few moments talking to me about my issues, even though the office is empty.

We started bringing our firstborn in before she turned one, and from the very beginning, we were so thankful to have found this practice. Dr. Phan is thorough, kind, and direct. He makes both me and my husband laugh, and he always makes us feel heard and validated. He listens attentively to our concerns, provides sound, evidence-based advice, and truly demonstrates compassion and care with every visit. I just had our second baby on May 15. I was able to get an appointment scheduled the very next day (a Friday) for the following Monday morning. At that visit, we learned that our baby had lost 12% of her birth weight. This exact thing happened with our first, and our old pediatrician handled it terribly--immediately mentioning "failure to thrive" and making us feel panicked and inadequate. So this time, as Dr. Phan was gently walking me through the next steps, I started crying. But instead of jumping straight to suggesting formula, he encouraged me to take care of myself first and to pump to see what my output was. To my surprise, I was producing plenty of milk. That encouragement lit a fire in me--and by that Friday, our baby girl was already back to her birth weight. I am endlessly grateful for Dr. Phan. He was encouraging, compassionate, and honest throughout the process. Most importantly, he reassured me that he wasn't concerned about our baby's health, which gave me an incredible sense of peace. His calm confidence was the complete opposite of the fear and guilt we were met with from our previous pediatrician. Nurse Practitioner Ms. Shayla is also absolutely lovely--and our toddler adores her. For a while, our daughter was terrified of doctor visits, but Ms. Shayla completely changed that. She made her feel safe and comfortable, to the point where our daughter now chats her ear off the moment she walks in the room. Ms. Shayla has been a true gift in building trust and warmth around medical care for our little one. The front office and nursing staff are incredible as well. They are helpful, kind, patient, and consistently accommodating--especially when something urgent comes up. We always feel supported, never dismissed or rushed. Honestly, we never want to leave this area solely because of this practice. If we ever move, we're already prepared to make the drive back just to keep Dr. Phan and his team in our lives. Seriously--this office is amazing, and we are so, so grateful. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a pediatrician who leads with knowledge, compassion, and heart.

Temecula Medical made several adjustments to their schedule to get me in quickly as I have cancer and other serious health concerns that require immediate and uninterrupted monitoring and care. I initially saw Tatiana and she could not have been more pleasant or patient as she listened intently to my long list of ailments. At the end of the appointment it was most impressive to see she had not missed or neglected to note even one of the many issues I'd spoken about, the ten plus referrals I needed, and a list of the medial items I need to maintain my relative health. I was listened to, all of my concerns were addressed and all referrals submitted before a day had passed. Truly above and beyond care for this extremely complicated and difficult cancer patient. I think the whole office had the best energy. I also found the waiting room spacious and relaxing with the abundant windows and light.
