The amount of care, professionalism and talent she exudes is absolutely unmatched! She goes above and beyond to create the absolute best hair experience I've ever had. She listens- and not just listens- but she prompts you for all the details, likes, dislikes, hair history, hair goals and everything in-between. She explains the WHY of the entire process, why my hair has been doing what it's doing, how we can improve it, how I can realistically style it day-to-day and the entire process from start to finish. Booked an appointment before an event (to correct badly done highlights from last appointment quickly), I showed up, and the stylist flaked, and no one else was there who could take me. Nothing but "oops" from front desk. No call or text cancelling, nothing. Super unprofessional and had to move things around on my calendar to make it work, waste of my afternoon. read more

I was willing to give the salon a second chance but the rudeness and wasting of my time honestly made me give them another bad review. As not only was I upset the first time but know now I will never go back here again. I wanted to give them a second chance yes I did but as you see the owner writes back on my review after several months not even giving me a call back as to why the 1 star but writes a nasty comment instead that they don't want to service me ever and texted me we don't feel comfortable with moving forward on your hair appointment when I honestly was going back to see if I was wrong about them but clearly I wasn't they aren't cheap but their stylist and owner clearly are there worst ever. Geez come on now if someone is unhappy with their services write and ask why or offer something but these people clearly don't have customer service training at all. They text you like they are the stylist you worked with yet it's not her and if you see the text they weren't mad to have me go back, so they go into their Yelp after months of my concern to tell me pretty much to F off cause I was wanting to give them another try. So I moved here from Houston a year ago and have been burnt before by Salons. They have charged me 80$ for basic hair cuts and then 200$ for color that you could barely see. Forceful suggestions etc. But HERE! Sarah was absolutely so sweet and understood I had long hair wanted to go oooh of my comfort zone and cut it short with a side buzz cut. She asked me questions, and always made sure I was comfortable and helped me style it for the future. She even listened to me and at the end told me "let's not buzz too much off since you did let me know that you take about a week to seee if you like the length, so I'm a couple of days just come back" That is what I look for in people I let touch my hair because they actually listen. I made this appointment for my mom. She hadn't seen a stylist in 6 months and was nervous about going somewhere new. Fortunately, she LOVED her experience at Path Salon. Special thanks go to her stylist 'Kascidy' who she said is super talented and very kind. My mom is so happy with her cut and the attention to detail Kascidy provided. Once again, Noemi worked some serious sorceress miracle on my hair!!! After a delirious flu induced poor decision to pick up box dye in a drug store while picking up meds, I totally made my hair blorange, and not in the cool kind of way. I immediately booked an appointment with Noemi who transformed my hair to the caramel latte with swirls of luscious dark blonde that I had been craving. I'm a postpartum mom and was looking to get some confidence from losing a lot of hair after my son so i decided to try dying my hair. Today I received a much needed haircut. Place is very cute, nice ambiance. I was a walk-in and had to wait 45 min but I know that's typical without an appt. was great service for the cost. I wasn't looking to pay too much since I wasn't getting anything but a trim. The services lasted approximately 45 min as well. Was offered a beverage multiple times. Which was nice. I was also able to consult with my hairdresser before starting. I usually don't like to talk a lot during services and my hairdresser didn't overly initiate conversation so I was very pleased. This salon has its heart in the right place, but it just wasn't a hit for me. I had reserved a hair appointment weeks in advance and allotted plenty of time to get everything done I needed and get to dinner afterwards. The day of, my stylist called in sick (it happens) and they told me they needed to move my appointment an hour later with a different stylist. I asked for an estimate of when it would wrap up and was told all of the steps in the process would take a total of 2 hours. After we began the process, I was getting the impression 2 hours wasn't going to cut it. After I inquired, she amended her guess to be 2 hours and 45 minutes tops. It actually ended up taking three hours and 15 minutes (though I needed to step away for ten, so call it 3 hours and five minutes. I ended up needing to move my dinner reservation, and thankfully I was able to. The color ended up looking good, but the blow dry was not that great, and it was not inexpensive. Also, they didn't take steps to shield my forehead from dye residue, and we were not able to get it off my head in time for dinner. I was assured it would be gone in a couple hours, but the next day it was still there, even after scrubbing at home. I'm glad both my color and cut were good because those are the two components that will last for a while, but the timing and blow dry were both average at best. read more

Brooke E was very understanding in what I wanted to do with my hair and assured me she was the best fit for the job. I did a better job at 15 on my own hair. It's extremely brassy and my hair is straight up FRIED now. They offered to tone my hair, which makes hair darker.... completely defeating the point of me coming in here, spending over 450$ and walking out looking worse. Don't bother contacting the owner, he doesn't care. Oh and my hair is choppy and looks like a 11 year old cut it. I'm embarrassed to walk around. The people there will gaslight you into thinking you're making it all up. But when your boyfriend with no hair knowledge compares your hair to straw.... that's a problem. read more

I went in with a bleach job I have been doing myself since COVID started... a mess of a bleach since I did some of the back without a mirror or help sometimes lol. But Dani saved my hair!!!! They took a good amount of time to even out all of the different bleaches in my hair. Once it was a solid blonde they were able to conquer my vision of dying my hair by alternating different shades of pink. Brooke Ellington is the one you want when you don't trust anyone with your hair. I asked her to put highlights in my hair, and she told me I needed to wait until the other products in my hair grew out to do what I wanted. MOST hairstylists will smile and take your money. I waited until the product grew out and then I went to her to lighten my hair. After a few sessions with her, I am convinced that she knows hair and will NOT commit to doing anything she cannot do. Ryan, the owner, was quick to respond with appointment availability times, and he is super friendly. I requested to book with Alyssa and I had my visit with her the next day. Writing my second review in 1 year because this place is THAT worth it! I have gotten my hair highlighted twice by Jayda and I couldn't recommend her more! She has always listened to me, payed close attention to the pictures I showed her, and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I've been really needing to get my hair done and I was calling salons all over trying to get in and I called path salon and Lex answered the phone and she was so sweet and friendly, and got me an appointment and made sure I got in that day, so I show up to my appointment and they forgot to check me in which was fine because they got me in, and then I had Jess as my hair stylist and she was so awesome and friendly! I got quoted $57 and by the time my appointment was done it was about $68 which is great because I've been told something and it's been much more than what I was quoted. Jess got me all fixed up and we talked and she shampooed, cut my dead ends, layers, and Face framing pieces and did it perfectly!! 10 out of 10 experience! Will be recommending others! Super friendly staff and environment, really good pricing and hairstylists that know how to do their job and do it well!! Absolutely loved my hair and Jess even styled it for me! Everything was clean and sanitary and it was overall an amazing experience! When I need my hair done again I will be returning and requesting Jess! Oh my freaking god I love this place!! It was my first time coming in today, and I'll definitely be a returning customer. I had Kati for my shampoo/cut/blowout, and she was so sweet. She did a fantastic job and made me feel so comfortable the whole time! The price was crazy affordable for the quality of the salon. It's beautiful inside, with a very chill welcoming vibe.
