If you haven't heard about WWOO Outdoor Kitchens, you need to! I admired their products from afar on Pinterest, but knew it would be impossible because they originated in the Netherlands. Some how the heavens dropped a location in California and jumped on the chance to get one. Unfortunately, it was right around the holidays when I contacted them. So far, Spencer has been great at providing necessary info for install and even though I am in San Diego they offered to install for me at a reasonable price. None of their fees are hidden which I love! Their kitchens are so flexible but yet simple. My landscaper was going to charge me double for a bbq we didn't even like with stucco, etc. My husband wanted something to house his dream grill the Kamado Joe Classic II. This is the ultimate solution, they have also partnered with the Big Green Egg. We are so excited to get this dream outdoor kitchen! Can't wait to update with final product Update: Delivery and Install were seamless! Spencer and crew were great and we are extremely happy. Everything else went wrong with our yard remodel, except our WWOO kitchen. Our friends love ours so much that they are getting one too!

Great venue for any private parties. We had the best experience. They have perfect furniture, a prep kitchen, and plants.

They provided excellent advice throughout the entire project, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and our new kitchen has completely transformed and brightened our home. Their attention to detail is exceptional, and it's clear they take great pride in their work. They followed through on every aspect of the project with professionalism and care, ensuring everything was completed to the highest standard. The cabinets are beautiful, well-built, and of exceptional quality. We couldn't be happier with the results. If you're looking for outstanding craftsmanship, high-quality cabinets, and excellent customer service, I highly recommend them.

It's hard finding people who do it all: good work, good materials, reasonable pricing AND great communication. Also PATIENCE. And I need that because I ask a lot of questions and I worry a lot but Jayson never was impatient or abrupt or too busy. Here are pics from the remodeling of the small kitchen in my 75-year-old, 750 sq ft. home. Kitchen looks way bigger now and is MUCH more functional. Previously there was a lot of dead space. I wish I had before pix! I didn't think to take any. I do, however, have one pic of the old laundry area off the kitchen and so am including that.

Yelp review -- 0 star Title: Open on a holiday, but terrible…read morecustomer service and a threatening confrontation I stopped into South Bay Industrial Hardware today (Nov 11, 2025) because they were open on the holiday and I needed a can of Fix-A-Flat. The owner, John, completed the sale but the can I bought had a leak at the top of the hose -- something I've used before and never had an issue with. I explained that the tube looked tightly packed and might have been damaged in packaging, and asked to exchange it. Instead of listening, John stared at the can suspiciously and acted as if I was being dishonest. He reluctantly let me exchange it but warned that if the replacement didn't work I wouldn't receive a refund. He grew rude and condescending during the interaction, which was upsetting. After I left the register I said, while still in the store, "Thanks for not trusting me." He laughed. I regret that I used a bad word once I was outside. What followed was alarming: he came running out of the store and tried to grab the exchanged can out of my hands. He threatened to call the police and -- while I was recording from about nine feet away -- said into the phone, "she's right next to my face." At one point he would not state what he thought my ethnicity was, which felt explicitly hostile and discriminatory. I have video of the incident and plan to preserve it and report what happened. I'm sharing this to warn others about the poor, confrontational customer service and the intimidating behavior I experienced. I will not recommend this business based on how I was treated today.

I was immediately drawn to the espresso machines. Don't ask! We were greeted right away and exchanged a few pleasantries before continuing to look around. A little later, a woman who I think may have been the manager mentioned that Jonathan was their espresso machine expert and introduced us. Jonathan was friendly, knowledgeable, and immediately offered us a drink. "How about a cold brew?" Absolutely! I've been considering a De'Longhi fully automatic espresso machine for quite a while, and Jonathan took the time to answer my questions without any sales pressure. He helped me narrow down the models and gave me the confidence that I know exactly what I'll be buying when I'm ready. This trip was for gift shopping, so nothing came home for me this time, but I'll definitely be back. I've always liked Williams-Sonoma, and this visit reminded me why. Great products, knowledgeable associates, and genuinely helpful service. Thanks, Jonathan! 5 stars.

His team--including Sullivan, Junior, Sergio, Abby, Nicolas, and many others--was professional, meticulous, and respectful. We appreciated Eli's creativity for design. I happened to have my $300 mid-tech folder on me and it was a bit dull so I asked if they sharpened knives. I was told that they had a guy who was in the "military" and was really good so I left my knife with them. I wish I had looked at the reviews here before doing that because my knife came back less sharp than when I left it with them. Problems with the sharpening: 1) I can feel the burrs on the blade edge - Either he didn't use a fine stone to complete the sharpening or he forgot to finish the knife. 2) I don't think he sharpened the entire knife, part of the edge that's near the handle of the knife has no burrs and does not feel any sharper than it was when I left it. 3) Blade edge at the tip of the knife is now uneven. I could of done a better job myself with the The Wicked Edge sharpening system. If you have a $100 set of cooking knives you got from Macys's and its been several years since you've had them sharpened this guy may be able to do a decent job but he clearly isn't capable of sharpening anything more challenging than a cheap piece of metal.
