Furthermore, it doesn't seem like the company needs any advice since the rating is so incredibly low. I'll see if this gives me a better outcome?!? I used to work for a big name consulting firm doing operational reviews of companies. This one has a lot of symptoms and cracks that should be looked at. Here's my experience. I ordered a rug from the store in West Palm Beach. The sales rep there told me I could check my rug delivery on the Internet. I never received an email informing me of a tracking number so after several weeks, I called the store, was given one and told that the ship date was February 26 having been to the store in January. February 29, I checked the website and all it said about the order was that it was in process. So I called. The first thing the automated system told me was that I did not match my phone number but yet the correct phone number is in their system. So I spoke to a customer service rep and they told me the order was canceled. The reason being is that my credit card did not go through. I had the previous week had some fraud on my card and it was cancelled. Despite that happening, I received no email or phone call notifying me or to rectify the situation. When I spoke to the supervisor, he said invariably the email was in my junk or spam folder, and I told him that that was not the case. I receive tons of marking emails but yet not one on the status of my order at any time. The customer service rep said items now are on back order. however, the supervisor said they had a few in stock. I was put in the queue. I inquired as to how I could be put first in line in the queue given the situation and non communication. No can-do. This company needs to look at their operations and see where the cracks are and correct them. Very very disappointed.

The Sides: Served with excellent, well-salted french fries accompanied by ketchup and a high-quality aioli. The Wine: Paired the dish with a Grüner Veltliner, which had the exact acidity needed to cut through the richness of the butter and complement the seafood. The Dessert: Finished with the strawberries and chantilly cream. The inclusion of fresh vanilla bean flecks in the cream elevated a simple classic, making it a light, refreshing palate cleanser to end the meal. An exquisite experience from start to finish. According to their Facebook page they have been in business since 2013. They are estate buyers so their merchandise is always changing depending on what they are purchasing . I have tried estate sales before but it feels like trespassing, going through someone's house that you know just died and picking through their stuff as their photos stare at you from the walls. Of course not everyone has died. Some people just want to sell a household of stuff in bulk before a move. In any case I'd much rather purchase estate items which are usually of a nicer quality than thrift, at a clean store like this. Also you are not having to drive around to multiple addresses. Everything I saw was in great condition. They had furniture, collectibles, mattresses, house hold goods, and even some clothes. If it makes up items in someone's household, they sell it. A wooden T.V.console was only $25. They had some nice knick knack shelves and I am currently studying my walls to see if they will accommodate them.I wanted to know if prices were firm or negotiable but the man who was working was chatting to someone else and I didn't want to interrupt. Although they didn't have a huge amount of items, what they do have warrants a look if you are in the area.

This was a terrible experience. I found Bennison on Yelp and was recommended due to being close to…read moremy home. Spoke with the matchmaker and stated that I would wind it, but would stop after awhile. I was winding it enough, so thought there might be loose screw or lube issue. He tested my watch on the bench and my watch was keeping acceptable time (+- 4), but they recommended a full overhaul for $700, which is crazy. Its a Selitta movement and only 3 years, so I thought he was trying to gauge me and wasnt addressing the issue. After goung back and forth and not get a good justification for full overhaul, I told him I wanted it back and took it to matchmaker in Gardens Mall. After a brief check the new watchmaker determined that there was a dislodged screw, in fact the entire rotor had moved, see pic. He took a closer look to assure there was no damaged and although there were a few nicks, he determined that the rotor screw became loose, which is rare, but fortunately no detrimental damage to the movement. After a quick fix, reseal and $100 later, the watch was in perfect working condition. I guarantee that the Bennison matchmaker didnt know what he was doing and in fact, his work could have really damaged the movement. Im not one to write a bad review, but this one was warranted! If you bring your timepiece here, proceed with caution, stay informed and bring your wallet.

The rotor has moved, most likely because of the screw being loose. This is crazy!

The store inside is simple and there is a variety of cool items he also has for sale. I even saw a penny that was missstamped for those who collect and are looking to add to their collection. He has some new jewelry and some gently owned pieces too. I thought he was very nice and I would definitely return to purchase something and with out a doubt, this is the only place I would go to with any broken jewelry for a quick fix.

I phoned Anthony the CEO and asked him if he could pls confirm the condition before I make the purchase. Anthony had a look and assured me that the condition was super clean with no signs of wear or issues. He even texted me strategic images with zero scratches on watch anywhere and he talked a good game very polite. He asked that I pay via wire transfer, and after seeing his website he seemed legit so I made the purchase. When I received the watch via FedEx I was totally shocked, heavy pitting throughout the watch case and numerous scratches, one as long as 1.5 inches. NONE of these defects were displayed in his photos that he texted me, nor were they on his website, he did not honestly convey the condition verbally. I texted Anthony the images and called him right after and he spoke to me very aggressively stating "it's a used watch, what do you expect - there isn't a watch on the planet several years old without some damage". I disagree, I own many in my collection, I asked if I can return it and he very combatively stated NO RETURNS! I stated that if the images would have shown these damages I 100% never would have considered to buy it. He finally agreed that he would take it back but based on his tone and behavior so far I could not believe that he would refund me even if I sent it back. I ended up keeping it and will take the big loss with trying to resell it rather than stress trying to get my $ back. This is not an honest or reputable business. I will take a BIG loss on this one. Shocking WPB website states "Our unwavering commitment to your satisfaction is at the core of everything we do". NOT! Have a look at these pictures...

There is parking in front of the shop and to the left of the shop. The interior was well stocked with a mix of furniture, home decor accents, and accessories in mid-century modern designs and styles. The owner was very knowledgeable and passionate about the era and the items in his shop. Prices vary here for items - a few might be a bit on the high side, but I feel one could find deals here on unique pieces for their homes.

My dad looked up Church Mouse before we traveled to Palm Beach for day trips. We stopped by two…read moredays after Christmas - day after Christmas, they were closed to allow volunteers to enjoy the time with family and friends. They have their own parking lot with some spaces, but you may use pay-for street parking if all of them are taken. (Do not park in residential areas if you're not from the area - you must have a resident pass visible in order to park in residential areas, unless you're in a marked pay-for parking spot.) The shop is very well laid-out and organized with clear signs labeling where you can find specific items. They are donation-based and carry a variety of items including clothing, accessories, shoes, furniture, home decor, kitchenware, books, and entertainment. Staff were friendly when I visited there. Personally, I feel that you can find a mix of prices and items there. Some items were reasonably priced, but there are some higher priced items there. (I did feel one Christmas tree decor item that was metal felt a little steep - I guessed it was $25 but checking the sticker, it was actually $85.) I believe if you look through the items, you can find deals, but please do not walk in expecting a case like these social media stories where you find a rare item and the shop priced it incorrectly for dirt cheap. Overall, it's a good spot to check out once in a while if you're in the area.
