Dr Moon says a lot of good things, but then hands it off to a staff team that cannot follow up correctly on requests and treatments. Instead they give you demeaning remarks and speak rudely to you. When you ask them to not do that and to speak to Dr. MOON DIRECTLY, they lie and say he's out of office every time. I finally got the appointment after calling the office about a dozen times over many months. I finally got the epidural, and at the pointless follow up appointment somebody other than Dr Kim came in the room and rudely barked a bunch of questions at me and then left the room without making eye contact or introducing himself, or telling me that I'm free to go, that was the whole appointment. I still don't know who he was or what the point of the follow-up was, I never saw Dr Kim again. They sent me the wrong bill 6 months ago and I tried contacting their biller many times to speak to them about the bill. I can't get ahold of them on the phone, and I get zero responses to emails. They continue to send me the wrong bill every couple of months, and every time I try to contact them with no response. Finally after 6 months and many attempts at contacting them, I got a response saying: We're working on it and every time you contact us you get bumped to the back of the line so stop contacting us. But they keep sending me the wrong bill! The procedure occurred nearly a year ago and this is still not resolved.

I gave them a week and then called to check the status. Left a message. No call back. Next two days, same thing again. Day 4 I called my insurance, they said nobody has submitted authorization for anything on your behalf. My insurance offered to call his office. They left a message. Still no call back or action. I have moved on to someone else who has the ability to follow through. They sure did bill my insurance for that visit that I got nothing out of though! Additionally I am perturbed by the onslaught of advertisements in his waiting room AND exam rooms for sexual enhancement and cosmetic treatments he offers. Perhaps his attention is too divided? It's been 4 weeks now and to this day no one from his office has returned my calls or followed through on my treatment plan.

I mentioned to the receptionist that I had medi-cal. And she said they don't "deal" with anyone who has medi-cal. I asked why, and said what does it have to do with your scheduling and out of pocket prices? She said "well, if you can't afford health insurance you shouldn't be buying anything out of pocket" DISCRIMINATION MUCH?? I was totally in shock.
