I GOT MORE THAN WHAT I PAID FOR!!! My dad and I came here on a Tuesday morning because the check engine light turned on and my PT Cruiser had been having some acceleration problems. I told Patrick that he has to go through my passenger side door because my driver side won't open because of a previous accident. A few minutes later, Patrick told us that he just fixed my door. FOR FREE, NO CHARGE!! He just saved me and my anxiety with dealing with my car insurance company!!! THAT'S SO AWESOME!! In addition to getting my car fixed, we also asked them to get an oil change. Very fast service, everything is done in less than two hours. Prices are very affordable too!!! They also did some additional inspection, and made sure my tire pressure, etc. are all good. He gave me a quote and recommended additional services that my car needs but I did not feel pressured at all to get them done. I have never felt happier driving my car home from an auto repair shop before. Shout out to Patrick for his great customer service. Giving this business 3 stars based only on a benefit of the doubt, since the work was just completed and honestly don't know if it was done properly and correctly or not. They did agree to see the vehicle promptly so that I give them. Patrick said he would call me to let me know if they would keep the vehicle more than a day, never called. I called, no answer, left a message at 530pm asking about the vehicle. Asked to call me if they could. Was told they close between 6and 7 pm, guess they couldn't find the time. Next day, called at noon, was told the job was almost done, workers were at lunch ( 1:30) that it should be ready in an hour. Called again at 4pm, only to be told it should be ready 20 minutes. Do you see a pattern? I don't mind waiting just be up front, is it that difficult? In any case got there in 30 minutes, waited 10 minutes while guy was on the phone, never even looked at me, let alone say, I'll be with you in a minute. Finally, told him what I was there for and simply stated it will be $928.00. Never even bothered to: 1. Explain the work they supposedly did 2. Explain if there was a warranty on their work 3. Ask if I wanted to at least see, if not take the replaced parts. I really don't care if they did a good job on the car, many honest businesses can do the same. Call me petty, but if I am trusting you enough to pay you almost $1000 for work at least be professional enough to act like you care about customer service. read more

My 2013 Kia Optima Hybrid's main battery went out and everyone that drives a hybrid always has this fear of this happening since they are not cheap to replace. I called Mike and he found a replacement battery at a great price and I had the car towed in and he had it replaced and up and running in 3 hours. He also put a new set of tires on for me and it was absolutely amazing that the work was done that fast and how good they did it. I took my car and they had said they were working on it I had call them and then I passed by the shop and my car was just sitting outside parked. He was charging me to do other things when he said it was just one thing it just felt weird to me how he just kept charging me other things. Patrick assured me that he was very familiar with my motor and the make of my car and that all would be just fine. His partner, JD took over from there and was able to diagnose the problem quickly, contacted me quickly to let me know what was going on, had a quote for me and had my car done in a very timely matter. JD was very professional and went above and beyond to help me out and get my Car back as soon as possible. I had a number of things wrong with it. I do not recommend Patrick's Auto Center! I have been a customer of Patrick's for over a year. I have spent thousands of dollars getting repairs done at his shop. Before today I would have told you I would recommend him. However after taking my vehicle in to get repairs earlier this month his mechanics had destroyed my computer by rebuilding the wiring harness incorrectly. I get told today that if I want to repair my vehicle back to working order I must pay for what they broke. I have lost all respect for the integrity of Patrick and his shop. So please heed my warning of the experience that I have had after being a loyal customer for so long and to be treated with such of unaccountability and disrespect.
