I needed an oil change for my Ford Flex on a Sunday morning. I was out @8:30am going to Walmart & they had up to a 2 hr wait. I came on Yelp and looked for a shop nearby and came across Big Q with good reviews. I waited for them to open and the owner came at 9am. He was very friendly and was the one who worked on my car. It took him awhile only due to other customer, phone, and adding me to their data base. He gave me the $15.99 special & with tax was an even $20. He was knowledgeable with my car and printed out services I will need soon. No pressure or hustling me to get all done while there. I will definitely come back for my car services. The only thing I would have liked is a reminder sticker or business card for next next oil change. As a busy mom I need reminders! read more

Service was great! Got a synthetic for my Silverado. The crew spotted a coolant leak and a worn belt as well. Patrick physically showed me the evidence. Didn't pressure me into immediately fixing the issue but kindly gave me a printed sheet of his findings so I remembered everything. Needed a headlamp bulb replaced, I brought the bulb and asked the male mechanic (beard) if he wanted to do an "easy" job install my light bulb. The guy looked at me and said that's a rude way to ask me, it sounds like you don't want to pay, this guy caught me totally off guard I had no idea what he was talking about. Totally off the wall comment! It was just an expression to break the ice. I guess he assumed I wanted it done for free. Crazy conversation with this mechanic. I'm driving a 45k car and for him to make this assumption was insane! I'm not a millionaire but I think I can afford to have a light bulb replaced. It doesn't mean he's a bad mechanic, but it does question his "business" common sense. I personally wouldn't trust this guy putting air in my tires! If there's only thing on his mind $$$. It was no big deal I wound up doing it myself I just didn't feel like getting my hands greasy and was willing to pay a mechanic, but this guy just didn't get it!!! Oh well! I guess he got irritated because of the small job, this is not the place for small jobs and clearly he's not into developing relationship's. I'm suspicious of his 100% five star comments! Excellent customer service. I took my car for an oil change at 9:30 am and they were already booked for the day! Fortunately, the owner agreed to squeeze me in since I was already there. The waiting area is comfortable, although I didn't have to wait too long as they quickly changed the oil, checked the fluids and did whatever else it is they do. I went in to get my car's oil changed and a mechanic that was working on the car besides me made some very inappropriate and unprofessional gestures and remarks. I was extreme uncomfortable because of this and decided to get my oil changed elsewhere and as i was leaving he continued catcalling and being extremely vulgar. Was such a blessing being referred to this auto center. I had gotten a engine diagnostic test from Jiffy lube and they referred me to the best auto center in town. My 2010 Jeep Patriot gleamed with the engine light on the dash, and was hesitating to turn on. Although the auto center was poppin' and there were a few cars ahead of me; Patrick happily took my car ("black mamba") in. Super intelligent man and he cut straight to the point and figured out exactly what it needed. He arranged for a part (sensor) to be ordered/delivered and he worked it out for me. Patrick gave me a quote for four tires and an alignment within minutes of me contacting him. He gave me a couple options and let me know I could bring it in the next day. Next day and his shop is extremely busy. I asked about some engine problems I was having and he said with all his repairs he couldn't guarantee he could get to it, but he would try his best. Few hours later I got my tires, alignment, and engine diagnosed and fixed for less than the usual tire place I've been frequenting. I love bringing my vehicles here due to how quick and nice the crew is. I've brought both a Corolla iM and a Scion tC for oil changes when I was tight on time and both times it was quick, easy and very fair price. On top of that they don't over tighten the oil filters, like some other places, and I really appreciate that. They are very thorough with concerns you have with your vehicle. My Porsche needs brake pads replacement. Normally I would take it to a Porsche specialist, which is 25 miles away and will requires an advance two weeks appointment, drop it off on the day of the appointment and wait whole day to get the job done. We agreed on the price before any work was performed yet when the part was ordered the labor cost went up to double and the reason given to me was because the infinity dealer charge $600 to replace that part and it was not fair that I was only paying 120 as originally agreed; therefore the new price was $320.
