That's just how you feel when you leave. Cleanliness is top notch, products are out of this world and I love that they try different brands and get feed back from their clients. I love it. It keeps me from buying something over the counter that may not work and then I'm stuck with it. I book three to six appointments out in advance and sometimes the full year. Finally. 4 years later I've finally found someone who can cut my hair. I'm not saying other places…read moreweren't good. They just weren't great or even knew the style cut I wanted. I found Salon Surrey from someone I just met who had not only had amazing color but a perfect haircut that moved so beautifully and I just had to know where she went. Her stylist is Kailea, obviously an amazing stylist but when I reached out to the salon through Yelp (response time also amazing) and asked if there was a stylist who could do a butterfly or wolf cut, the owner recommended Jenna so I trusted that and booked it. So glad I did. Not only did Jenna know what a butterfly cut was, it was her favorite cut and DID she nail it! So over the moon with my new cut. I booked an appointment for my daughter right away with Kailea as she had an opening for the day we needed as Jenna was booked. But I've seen Kailea's work first hand and know that she will be in great hands. I don't think you can go wrong with anyone at this salon but Jenna and Kailea are brilliant stylist. Thank you Jenna for the best cut and head massage (did I mention they do a nice little massage when they wash your hair) I've ever had since moving to South Carolina.

Hope spoke to me and really worked to understand my hair, how it behaves, my styling routine, and what I wanted from the cut before she even started. She then cut my hair and walked me through the styling to make sure I could replicate the results at home. And I have certainly been able to! I had never done a major chop like this on my hair EVER, but I have been so happy with the results. I've since been back again for a trim to maintain the length, and I'll be returning regularly for...forever! Not only does the team at Salon Sano do great work, but they are so personable and friendly, and the salon is cute and well-decorated. They offer drinks and make you feel right at home.
