We walked in (on time) for our 4pm appointment and we were wrapped up and sent off (with a refund, BTW) in less than 2 hours! Sheesh ... the drive getting here took about the same amount of time! Within 4 months I had to replace: Oil Pan Oil Pan Gasket 6 months later I had to take vehicle back to repair shop to be told it needed. Front Brakes Back Brakes Front Rotors Back Rotors Thermostat Radiator New Water Pump A/C Flush Valve Cover Gasket Axle Shaft Seals Motor Mounts 2 weeks later Check engine light came on and was told it needed. Spark Plugs and Wires In only 11 months and only 18,000 miles driven all of this needs to be done to the vehicle. You cannot convince me that they did not sell me a lemon. They have now had my car for a week and I have asked to speak with a manager every day and was told Mark the manager would call me back. Each day I called to speak with him I never receive a call back. Today I called again and was told he is aware of the situation and would call me and still no call back. Yes they have me in a rental. But, for the last 52 days my car has been at someones repair shop for 37 of those days. I am paying a car note for a car I am not even driving. I feel so helpless and now wonder If I need to contact a lawyer to get this resolved. They do not care about their customers, only the sale. Once the sale is complete and there are issues. They leave you to deal with the issues on you own. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

The salesman Eric was frank and honest about every vehicle we looked at--we test drove 3 or 4, and, in the weeks after the purchase, helped us coax the proper title out of MVA after an admin error by the previous owner caused a paperwork delay (though not a driving delay!). After actual and virtual visits to several dealers large and small from Rockville to Waldorf, True Concept was the most honest about condition, provided the best and friendliest service, and had excellent prices according to KBB. We'll go back to TC when it's time for a trade-in...

I purchased a vehicle from them…read morethat i didn't get to take home for 4 days because it had to go through inspection and also needed struts. I picked the car up and noticed a knocking noise in the rear. Thinking the license plates were loose i went home. The next day, i noticed the car would stall /jerk when I hit the gas. I parked it immediately. Thw next morning i took it to a trusted mechanic and it was determined that the transmission was bad and the struts were never replaced. I immediately went back to the dealership with the diagnosis and Taurus and a few other men accused me of lying about the transmission. He advised to leave the car with them to do their own diagnostic and they would call me when it was ready. Four days later i was told they fixed the struts and flushed the transmission fluid and that the car was ready for pick up. I picked the car up two days later and Taurus demanded i decide if i was keeping the car or not because if not he can put it back up for sale. I stated that i wanted a second opinion at the nissan dealership, he got angry and made one of the salesmen ride with me to the dealership. I paid 160 for nissan to tell me what i already knew, the transmission was bad. They also mentioned 6 other repairs that needed to be done, parts alone would cost $700. I took the vehicle back along with the paper work and got my money back! Guess what? The vehicle is still for sale on their website smh. Please, take a mechanic with you if you plan to purchase from them. The vehicle i took a chance with was the white 09 nissan altima. I have the paperwork dated for 12/15/2017 showing EVERYTHING wrong with that vehicle.

An $89 oil change...which was advertised by email for my car Identified by its vin, turned into $40 more. My vehicle just recently had a wheel alignment. The car has no tire wear that would indicate it is mis-aligned and drives straight as an arrow with no hands on the wheel (Brandywine wanted to charge me for a wheel alignment). When the oil was changed, Brandywine did not bother to reset the oil monitor (something I would expect the dealer to do). What really pisses me off is Brandywine recommended a new tire because of a sharp object had pierced the rear right tire. Turns out it was just the surface. The object did not penetrate the tire. Trust is hard to earn, once it's lost. Total bill over $500 if I approved the bogus repairs. Overcharged by$40 on the oil change.
