Good communication and service! I got an oil change and new cabin air filter. I've been turned down by two other auto shops for a cabin air filter change because my car was "too complicated" to have it changed. Excuse for "We don't want to". Patriot Auto didn't even question it and now I don't have to have my fan on full blast to get a half decent AC airflow in my car. That's not a big deal to some, but my engine and I are thankful in this 90°-100° heat. I'll be back! read more

I called these guys to see if they would put my pads and rotors on if I got them from AutoZone. They said yes. I called them again after ordering $800 worth of parts. Asked them about it again and said no. Not happy with this place. Don't hold up there end. The worst part is that I've paid them for work in the past they have done. Not recomended. Poor service, cheap parts. Was told a front wheel bearing needed to be replaced. There was nothing wrong with it when i replaced it, with a new one. Brakes made loud caliper noise after replacement, was told nothing was wrong when we brought it back. Here it's a picture of what was actually wrong with the front brakes. Brakes pads were put on backwards. P.s. yes I have the right place, and that pad is installed incorrectly. The wear tab was literally bent to an angle. New pads will not fit on that side due to the wear tab. due to the bottom bar of the caliper. The pad itself was being forced against the rotor at an angle. I came in with my wife regarding the noise with the caliper and you told me there was nothing wrong with it. So i did not mess with it for 8 months, because my wife did not tell me it was still happening. You were condescending and rude when I made suggestions at what might be causing the issue. You do know who I am and my father in law bought a van from you that he has literally brought back many times and spent thousands on the work. You also told him I was banned from patriot, I guess for trying to tell you what could be really causing the issue. He was even billed twice for the same part in less than a year. I believe he was also told that they don't make parts for that van anymore and the parts had to be ordered from the east coast. I checked several places in town, almost everyone had the part at over half the cost, including napa down the street from you. And now you told him you won't work on it any more. Came in today to get my rear defrost working on my 1992 Isuzu Trooper, and it look only a matter of minutes to diagnose and fix. They also gave me sound advice to take care of the rear defrost lines. Fair and honest! Came in the Fall to get some work done (thermostat, oil change, radiator flush, tire rotation), but told issue was engine was old and time to put to rest (no engine compression!). Recently moved to Spokane and bought a used truck. Went to take it for emissions testing the next day and the check engine light came on. Called a few places around me to see if I could get in right away, Patriot was the only one that told me to bring it in. They diagnosed the problem quickly. Unfortunately, the part needing to be replaced had to be ordered. This took about 1.5 weeks, but they tracked the part for me and updated me every time I called. Needed to get my front end aligned, oil changed, fluids checked etc. before I heading out on a couple thousand mile trip. My tires were badly worn also but didn't want to spend a lot, planning to sell my car soon.
