Killen's never disappoints…read more Their beef ribs were just short of amazing. Juicy, succulent, tender. For a giant piece of meat on the bone, they worked wonders. You can ask to see the piece of rib before they cut it for you and they will happily oblige (patrons behind you might not be so thrilled with that move, but they'll live). Sides were excellent as were the mashed potatoes with white gravy on the side, green beans that were just tender enough, but also a bit crunchy. Perfect. They were seasoned with pork, so if that's not your thing, you might want to skip it. We also ordered their shareable onion rings, easily enough for three people that were huge, hot, and crispy. Let's get this out of the way, some of their prices are a little up there, but if you're anything like me, and don't frequent BBQ places often, it's a rare but enjoyable treat. Sometimes you have to splurge and live a little. Also, they have their regular sauce on tables, but you now have to ask the cashier for their sublime coffee BBQ sauce. Don't be shy, ask. It's worth it. Oh, pro tip: If you want beef ribs, the 'plate' is actually cheaper and a better deal than 'by the pound', so save a little money and get two sides.

Service was good and quick serviced from steam tables. Employees friendly but quiet. Casual dining but a bit loud. The restaurant was clean. Lots of parking. But 54$ for two Sandwiches, one with 2 sides it a bit much.

So far I've only had the doubles (sort of like chickpea tacos - chickpea shell and curried chickpea filling) and daal. The daal, such flavor. Tomorrow I'm going to hit it again and ask them for a triple or quadruple serving of the daal, and try the chicken curry. Such a solid addition to Galveston's food scene.

We've never even tried curry so the owner gave us some very tasty samples and we were happy to order what he suggested. We sat down and he personally brought us every plate as it came out. THE FOOD!! Very healthy portions and really fresh. The flavor was like something I've never experienced before. I usually am particular about trying new foods, but everything we tried made me clap my hands and do a little dance. I had to stop and talk to the chef and tell her how amazing our experience was. I will recommend this place the next time anyone asks me where they should go for a nice hearty lunch that they can still feel good walking away from.

The all-you-can-eat pricing is great for the amount of options you get, and everything we tried was flavorful, fresh, and really well seasoned. The condiment and side dish bar was one of my favorite parts. There is tons of variety and everything tasted fresh. Service was fast and attentive, and they even had a robot delivering our sushi orders to the table which made the experience even more fun. My favorite item on the menu was the beef belly and the baby octopus! I love that I was able to cook myself and choose from a variety of sauces to compliment the meat. The atmosphere is definitely a vibe, lively, upbeat, and perfect for hanging out and enjoying good food with friends. Easy 5/5 stars for me and I'll definitely be back.

Still, it took a minute for us to get seated and after that, we were sort of forgotten about. Our server was friendly but just didn't come around enough. It took 20 minutes for someone to come by after we sat down and it was tough flagging anyone down to assist us. Same goes for when we were trying to pay the bill. Food was really good though, even if lunch prices seem a bit steep. We ended up going with half portions to be able to try more things which was nice. I'd be back, though next time with more of a crowd so we can try even more of the menu.

Got the cheezo peach tea (blended); super refreshing! Tried the ube horchata and it was ok; could barely taste the ube flavor. Now... the ube creme brulee tiger sugar milk however was actually super delicious!! VERY similar to a drink at my fave boba place in Katy Asia Town! Was surprised the macarons here were reasonably priced ($2 each). Got matcha, pistachio, ube, coffee, and cookies & cream flavor; all were excellent! Plenty of parking spaces! i really miss my Macarons from a local asian bakery place on broadway that unfortunately closed down...so i've been on a hunt for macarons. These macarons fell short of my expectations. The macarons fell apart when you bite into it. not chewy but crunchy and hollow inside of shell. shells look pretty but overall a bit too sweet. Fruit drinks are made with syrup concentrate. can barely taste the green tea in the Red dragon Attraction. boba is surprisingly delicious, soft and chewy brown sugar flavor. i will prob add more green tea when i get home bc it's too sweet for me. There's no extra sweetener added but bc of the dragonfruit concentrate is super sweet, it attributes to the sweetness level, but if i do it less sweet, then the dragonfruit concentrate will be less. Maybe they should consider using less concentrate and add frozen or freeze dried dragon fruit pieces to achieve the desired taste and color. Service was great! The two girls there were super nice. I did the buy 2 get 1 free. my other two drinks are Vietnamese Ice coffee and Lychee Green tea! No toppings since i'll drink it later. Nice clean quiet space. a few chairs and tables inside. Other offers are street snacks such as popcorn chicken or corn. There are discounts if you get a drink and hot snack item. it's a bit on the higher side as far as food pricing goes. Overall, i may try it again or may not since i don't live close by,

Nothing in the decor or atmosphere that makes you want to go there to have an experience, enjoy the sights and sounds, people watch, etc. Just eat. I got my order takeout. The young man working the register who took my order was very nice and professional. Good customer service. I ordered the large jerk chicken and a chicken patty, and I'm glad I did! It was really good. They are generous with the portions (could've used more plantains relative to the amount of everything else, but...) and the meal did not miss! The total came up to $75 and I felt that was a gold price for everything we got. I also added a drink to the order as well. There is a spacious seating area inside if you want to dine-in.
