A group of friends and I went to the pool and not even being there for 10 minutes this woman came over to us and insisted that we were being offensive towards others for our bathing suits. Mind you we passed this woman walking in and she didn't give us a rundown on the rules or anything. She clearly saw what we wearing when we were walked in. The level of unprofessionalism is astounding. She then proceeded to embarrass my whole friend group, and basically sexualized us by saying that we all were in "thongs", and NEEDED to cover up. None of us were in revealing clothing or thongs so we were all very confused. After being sexualized, yelled at & disrespected we decided to pack up and leave. While leaving I tried to have a mature conversation with her, she then put her hand in my face and yelled at me saying, "you have a lot to say for someone who is in a thong" and that I need to leave. I'm a grown adult, so the comment was a little bit funny. I'm fully aware that rules are rules, but to go about it in this way as a manager when your number one skill is to be able to de-escalate, was unnecessary. Do better and get a new general manager. As for the general manager, please seek happiness. Trying to come for young adults makes you bitter and sad.

My kids were able to go from having no skills, to being able to float, being able to grab onto the side of the pool and climb out, and put there faces in the water while kicking. Each kid had their own unique anxiety about different parts of the swimming lessons and Donna was flexible with customizing what each kid needed. All of my kids went from being nearly terrified of putting their heads in the water to finding something they looked forward to doing in the water. Also, she has very clear communication about the swim lessons via email that made me feel comfortable before I ever got to the pool.

This company was all show up front with no service to back up…read more Everytime the 1st 2nd and 3rd build supervisor (meaning it changed Everytime they showed, no consistency) and it always seemed to be a 1st time meet and greet between the contractor and them meaning they we're trying to vet new contractors on our project. This a year later review. Reserved to save the hope that there was a warranty moment needed. We'll guess what there was and no resolve from them. There's not enough words to express how in efficient they were, and did not care to follow on a warranty issue. Will have to pay out of pocket to resolve their short comings. But yes there is way more issues to their contracted agreement but can't go on for horrible remembrance reasons. Do not use these people. Thanks splash pad Michael. Make sure the last check paid to them is upon completion in total. If they agree means they will do their job. If they say no we can't do that and need prior. We hired Mr. Bobby and his company (signature pool and patio) to remodel our pool…read more While the remodel itself was completed quickly, we were disappointed that we had to clean up after the crew once the work was finished. As soon as the pool was refilled, we immediately noticed blue spiderweb-like marks in the plaster. I brought this to Bobby's attention, and he stated he would stop by to inspect it and notify the plaster crew. Unfortunately, nothing was ever done to address the issue, and our attempts to communicate with him were repeatedly ignored. Further, Bobby also strongly recommended that we use his cleaning crew for the weekly pool maintenance, stating it would improve the outcome of the plaster and help maintain the warranty. We agreed and hired his service. However, within a few weeks, we noticed the plaster beginning to look dirty and discolored. We attempted to brush and clean it ourselves, but the staining would not come off. Once again, I contacted Bobby, and once again he said he would come take a look , but he never did. Over time, the problems continued. A few months later, the tiles began breaking apart. We sent emails, made phone calls, texted, and provided photos, but received no response. Nearly a year after completion, Bobby finally came out, only to charge us again to replace the broken tiles. Unfortunately, within two months, the repaired tiles cracked again, and after that we never heard back from him despite additional attempts to reach out. The biggest issue here is the lack of quality assurance, accountability, and follow-through. We invested a significant amount of money into this remodel and did not receive the quality product or customer service we were promised. After doing additional research, it appears that when problems arise, ignoring calls and failing to respond to customers may be a pattern with Bobby and his company. This experience has taught us to be far more thorough when researching contractors before hiring them in the future. Needless to say, they do not clean our pool anymore!
