This latest time I called them a week ago and they were prompt on calling me back to go over the issue. They set up an appointment and were out here within 24 hours fixed the problem and was gone. We have nothing but high praise for Window World and the windows that we have in our house. I just bought a rental property in Rossville and it had decent dual pane windows but every window had moisture in between the panes. I called numerous glass places. Some didn't return my call. Glass man answered his phone and we made an appointment for him to come out and give me a quote. He gave me a great quote. I had several other companies give me quotes also. One company quoted me 2 1/2 times the price glass man quoted me. Another guy came and looked at my windows and said you can't replace the glass in these windows you have to replace the entire window. He was wrong. Glass man gave me an awesome price and he knew what he was doing. Like I said Glass Man is your glass man.

Called at 2:45 and asked if someone was on their way, was treated rudely but I was desperate. I could not find anyone else that said they would provide the service I needed for only one window. After a lot of back and forth calls and texts and being told each day that they would be out that day, finally cancelled service on June 19th. I am wondering if this is a real business.
