Recently relocated to the area and have tried to find the right barber/barbershop. After sharing my woes with my girlfriend she recommended Jason at McFly's. After my first cut/style, to say I was extremely pleased would be an understatement. Upon walking in, the vibes were high and this felt promising. Barbers were welcoming, greeting people by their first names when they entered, social, and overall comfortable and engaging. When it was my turn, I was greeted by Jason with a handshake and asked exploratory questions about what I was looking for. Jason totally understood me and gave great suggestions. He was extremely professional and detailed. Before he started he explained every step he would make along the way to ensure we were on the same page. We discussed products that would enhance my style and he got to work. The professionalism, display of knowledge/skill, cut, product selection, and style were perfect! I walked in unsure and concerned based on my past experiences at other shops I had already tried and walked out with confidence and excitement knowing I had found the barber/barbershop I had been searching for. 5+ 's to Jason for the haircut/style, professionalism, and knowledge. 5+ 's to the staff. 5+ 's for the vibes of the shop. About 3-4 inches off the top, cleaned up around the ears and not shaved up in the back. How difficult can that be? The barber never positioned me facing the mirror. I sat with my back to him and the barber behind me. He put a cape on me and a tissue around my neck. After 15 minutes of sitting with my back to his station, while he did absolutely nothing to my hair. I felt my pants pocket and discovered I left my cell phone in the car. I asked if I could go get my cell phone, he took the cape off and I hurriedly walked ‍to my car with the tissue around my neck. I thought to myself... Hell! I'm not going back in that dingy dump of a barber shop! I'm sitting in the damn chair while he's playing with himself for 15 minutes, not paying any attention to his customer. What a way to run a business!? Lot of multi-level carved out haircuts for my liking. Too juvenile. Too goofy . Too low class for my taste level. Sorry Charlie! I'm not coming back! E V E R!

My appointment was confirmed. However they can't honor the appointment. Instead of un confirming the appointment they just adjust the time which made me reach out. There is no one available to do color. After the co owner Corey called me he try to give me a BS answer so when I tried to go back in and make the appointment again I was in fact able to book Corey. So now either yall lieing or just don't know how to work Booksy get it together! Do better.

Today is the 16th and I still haven't received a sorry or explanation for the no show. Communication and professionalism goes a long way!
