I eat at Pat's whenever I'm in this area (usually shopping at BJs). They're always friendly, fast and clean (even the bathroom!) The food is fresh and delicious. Awesome mom and pops pizza place in a shopping plaza with other businesses. They have slices and specialty slices as well as others like the rolls, knots, etc. I'm not sure but I believe they have a full menu as well. You order from the counter when you first walk in and you can grab it to go or take a seat in the back. I've been here twice, once I ate in and the other time I grabbed it to go. When I dined in, the slices come out on plates which was a nice touch. Not many places do that anymore. The slices are good here and they are nice here as well. We decided to come back to Pat's after taking some time away after previous bad experiences. Now, two orders in a row, two horrible experiences again. Sad to say, we will likely never order from here again. We ordered a pizza on a Friday night - quoted 30-45 mins for delivery. After an hour and twenty mins, I called to ask where my order was. Was told it was on the way. Another 20 mins goes by (now an hour beyond original quote time) still no pizza. Call back, the guy on the phone was very rude and nasty. Then told me to hold on - didn't put the phone on hold, so I heard everything - they found my order ticket and it was never even made. He picked up, told me the driver said 10 mins, and hung up. A blatant lie. ANOTHER 30 mins later (over 2 hour wait) and it shows up. Wasn't offered so much as an apology, discount, nothing. We ordered tonight (three dinners) shows up, one is spilled all over the box & one is missing entirely. They send replacements, quickly so we were happy. But again - attitude and not even an apology. The replacement pasta dish had zero flavor, and the missing veal Pat's had absolutely disgusting "sauce." We order this often & know it is a nice creamy sauce - this was a container full of oil & mess. It was also missing the tomatos. It was nearly inedible. Zero stars if I could. the older guy with glasses served me but while I was waiting be are an olive off a salad slice licked his fingers and proceeded to touch people food with no gloves. if he would have touched my food after with his hands I would have just left but he used a spatula. the guy behind me hand his slices touched bare hand by him. very disgusting and picking off of food that you're serving to people is disgusting as well. beware. Tried this place for the first time tonight. Ordered a pie and wings for pickup, was told 25 mins. I arrive on time and pizza wasn't ready. Wasn't upset at first bit I waited another 30 mins for the pizza to come out. I grab the pizza but they forgot the wings. Had to wait another 10 mins for the wings. I've lived in Levittown for quite a while and would usually get our weekly pizza from Domenico's or Calda but a couple of friends from my job(Maurizio and Vinnie) suggested I try Pats. I've seen it for years and always wanted to give them a try so I did last night and I am so happy I did. I ordered a grandma pie and I believe it was the best grandma pie I ever had outside of my own grandma's pie. Pat's is definitely our go to place now. Just stopped by to Pats and got a Margherita slice and a chicken tomato slice and a 20oz coke, came out to just shy of 15 dollars which I feel like, even if pretty good, is pretty expensive. Got to eating and the taste is okay, just okay. Nothing impressive. What I did enjoy was the crunch, the dough was super crispy and that was great. The sauce on the Margherita slice wasn't that great, I'd think that's the sauce that goes on everything so I would be weary of ordering anything with the marinara. So the bottom line is that I wouldn't come back, the area offers a lot of good slices. If I'm going to pay too their price I'd rather get top tier taste. read more

Gheesh Pats pizza is sadly going down hill. Repeatedly they make mistakes and don't deliver what is ordered. Things are forgotten . Excuses are made. Even from the boss . Who says the next time or the time after that , he will throw in something for the difference complaining that the price charged was not even enough because they had to substitute something not on the button of their menu. So today's dinner forgot the dessert cannoli and the sweet girl said oh I thought you didn't want it when I read the order back. Like I (never )said um no I don't want that!!! I called and ask have the delivery man bring one. She said when he is finished with his next delivery I'll have him come. Ok. So of course , he never came. We Got sausage and cheese entree and specifically asked for it to be cut up .well yeah it's cut up in long pieces . I didn't spell out or spoon feed the words slice it into individual sliced. Was well cooked and my husband liked it so the cook did a good job and this time upon emphasis there was a good amount of cheese as opposed to last time made well with no cheese when ordered extra cheese. I get it!! Help is hard to find.I get it. Prices are high.I get it... the continual annoyance that we are expected to put up with things and ok ,granted, be nice about it.But really! With so many Pizza Italian restaurants around,one would hope that they'd take the extra minute to see the order is correct. Big thumbs down to Pat's Pizza in the Kohls shopping center in Levittown. I went in for the first time last night, and being very lactose intolerant, I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap, no cheese, dressing on the side. I stressed how sick I get from mozzarella and ricotta. We even joked that it was cruel because I'm Italian. As I bit into it at home, I'd discovered they put huge slices of mozzarella on it!! I called up and the manager was curt about it. He said he'd deliver another one, but I told him he should be more concerned that a customer told them what they could NOT eat and that his kitchen can make someone very sick or worse by ignoring important instructions. One of my former doctors died from a place not listening to his food allergies So that was my first and last time going there. Food sensitivities and allergies are real!! read more

My family visited Pats on Saturday and asked if we can bring back a group of about 18. It was my sons 12th birthday and we had a large group going to the movies. Without hesitation the Owner Sal said 'of course....Let me know what time you guys are coming over, and I can have the 6 pies ready for you.' We placed the order and enjoyed the movies. I offered to pay in advance and Sal shook it off and said...'don't worry, we will settle when you get back' Went back around 5:30 with a party of 20. Tables were set, pizza was hot and ready. Pats is definitely a solid local pizza joint. Located all the way in the back of B.J.'s Wholesale Club parking lot. They make a really good regular slice, Sicilian slice and have a decent selection of specialty pies. Their rice balls are on point as well. I wouldn't recommend driving hours to come here, but if you're in the neighborhood it's worth a try. You're not going to be dazzled with the interior, but they have quite a few tables to dine in and the guys behind the counter are very pleasant. Prices are more than reasonable. read more

I've been here many times before. Everytime we come to this spot there's always some interesting slice of pizza. They had one with topped Ravoli. I got a regular slice because I was being boring that day. I never got to check out the bathroom. The prices are reasonable. The crust was the best it was very crunchy, but there was just so much cheese that you could not taste the sauce. Now maybe if I was able to taste the sauce my rating would have been higher. These gentleman are pizza masters!!!! The service was warm friendly and welcoming! We discovered this little corner of paradise on a trip to the movie theater! And what an awesome experience it turned out to be! My first selection was a white slice!!!! There were soooooo many others to select but that slice was seductively calling my name! It was nothing short of perfection ! Thick with delectable cheeses seasoned brilliantly and the crust was amazing!!!! The owner im supposing was the gentleman in front whom i was asking about the price of room and board because i planned on moving into his restaurant after that first slice lol! And his super talented staff were very welcoming professional food artists! There is love in every bite! After the movie we assured them we were coming right back and we did just that! I had to experience another selection before i traveled back to new jersey, my second selection was a ravioli slice. Sinfully rich in perfectly cooked pasta a light sauce over a cheese topped slice . my group also experienced the tri colored Sicilian square and a chicken covered slice! With all rave reviews! This place is worth the road trip make it an evening there's a movie theater on the strip in the same mall. It's worth it for that pizza and especially the warm service and friendly smiles. The owner joked with us after the movie when we walked back in for round 2! " Hey !! You guys look familiar!! And we all had a laugh.... Little things in this world mean allot!
