He came out to reseal the area again waited the 3 to 4 days and same thing it leaked, came out resealed it and same story. My husband started calling him after he ignored my calls but he also stopped responding. Today after it rained it leaked again and my husband just had me take it to a reputable shop we've used before. They couldn't even repair it do to such a botched job. We had to incur additional expense to have it reinstalled, I have pictures and and a video of the horrible work done. DO NOT USE THE USE THEM!!!!!
