I got an alignment here on 7/15. By 7/23, I went to another tire shop due to issues I noticed while driving. They showed me the alignment report and I saw that my tires were not aligned. The front tires were facing inward and badly off alignment and the back was somewhat off. The inside of my front, new tires were basically bald as a result. I got my first set of 22 inch wheels with kuhmo tires back in 2008 on my 2008 Silverado and his price was $1,200 out the door. Best prices, great customer service & Good quality tires. This is the best tire shop I have been to in the USA, not just Texas. If you want your tires fixed or replaced, I recommend that you bring your car here. Drive further if you have to. In my experience this shop will try to help you, they do not sell you things you do not want or need, they are polite and they work quickly. Oh, and they're cheap too. Not sure what else you could really want... it makes you question why other tire shops have to sell you fear, up sell you unnecessarily, overcharge and make you wait. Williamson make it look easy. I just wish they did oil changes, because I'm yet to find a decent place for that. read more

These guys are great. First of all, they were able to get a replacement tire for me in a few hours, even though they didn't carry it. I had my vehicle towed to their shop, caught a ride back home, and they came and picked me up when it was ready. Now, I'm not saying they ALWAYS do this, but I was in a bind and they worked it out. I've bought tires and rims from Pit Stop for nearly 10 years while under the very capable management of Hector. He was always very fair, consistent, and friendly. I was made aware this year that, after donating a kidney to his father, Hector relinquished his role at Pit Stop in the interest of taking care of his health. The new owner/manager, Abdul--who also manages the Econo Lube on the adjacent property has chosen NOT to honor the warranties of the previous owner. Initially, he asked, through one of his shop workers for proof of purchase in order to honor the "life of the tire" rotation agreement. I returned with the receipt. Again, through one of the guys in the shop, said he would not honor the agreement. No reason given. I objected and relayed that our family has purchased multiple sets of tires and a couple of rather expensive sets of rims over the years. His response was to say he would rotate my tires for $20. I find it fascinating that this poor excuse for a business man does not recognize the net return of continued-reliable-business for the occasional inconvenience of honoring an agreement to rotate the tires!!! What else is there in Abdul's indifference to customer service that might be reflected in the quality of his work??? I noticed the previous reviews appear to have been posted pre-Abdul. read more
