    Crab fried rice(mid)

Hidden gem for sure Excellent customer service. The flavor of pad Thai was better most (not as sweet). I love panang curry. Some of the best stir fry I've ever had. Large serving of Thai tea for the price. The crab rice was a bit underwhelming though- it needed more crab/ bigger chunks.

My girlfriend and I ordered here via DoorDash and the only thing I will be reviewing is the food. Pad Thai - good enough but only had a few pieces of meat/vegetables and I ordered a medium on the spicy scale but tasted like a mild Pad See Ew - not bad probably the best thing we ordered Strawberry Boba Slush - really watery and bland with over cooked boba. I understand it's a slush and it likely melted a lot while on the way but it was very watery and bland even considering that. The boba just kind of fell apart with a single chew. Sticky rice with mango - overripe mango and bland sticky rice. Papaya Salad - another item that wasn't bad. The only thing I was not a fan of was the large pieces of Thai chili. I thought that having the chilis cut up smaller would prevent an overall mild salad with random instances of really intense spice. The overall portions for all the good were on the smaller side as well. Considering the price here is pretty similar to other Thai restaurants, I would just go elsewhere.

Incredibly delicious Thai food, large portions, great spice levels (ordered all 3 entrees as Hot!) Definitely deserves higher stars and for you to give it a try. We had some delicious: -veggie gyoza -thai egg rolls -(Hot) pineapple fried rice w/ mock duck -(Hot) drunken noodles w/ tofu -(Hot) Red Curry w/ tofu -fried tofu squares Delivery arrived in a fun & environmentally friendly box and packaged well. Egg rolls and tofu were still crispy even after the drive. Perfect heat, perfect temps, great presentation. No skimping of any toppings, plenty of sauces. Can't wait to order again!

Food was awesome! Service was awesome! Feel was awesome! Don't know your name bro, but thank you for treating my wife and I so good. Was a little sketched out because of the area. I found a hidden gem though!! Check it out if you are near by. What happens in the restaurant is far above Colfax level. Like faaaaarrr!!! Above!! That curry was fire!!! Thanks again guys!!!!

Lad Ne (the wide noodles are hiding!)

We come to Pattaya Thai as our old favorite for authentic, fresh Thai food! Over the years, we have received consistent great service from their staff. I know you'll be tempted to take out, but my wife and I recommend dining in! It's so fresh and hot - especially anything fried - and the owners are so friendly. They'll tell you stories of their favorite childhood dishes. And the interior is surprisingly cute and well cared for. Favorite dishes: 1. Start with the Pattaya Mix! It's their little appetizer platter and will not disappoint for just $10. 2. Khaw Soy Udon is TO DIE FOR. Trust me. 3. Drunken noodles are a fan favorite but try the Lad Ne if you like wide noodles. It's such a comforting dish! Love this place and will keep coming back!

Kinda hidden location. I'm very particular about my curry and all the veggies were fresh and the spice level I chose was perfect. The dumplings were so tasty and the Thai tea was so big I was shocked. The prices are great for the quality and amount you get. The lady who served me was also so sweet.

Great food. Terrific, personal service A friend and I wanted to grab a quick lunch. Turned into a feast, warm and friendly conversation with the co-owners. Best meal I had all week. Many choices. Authentic Thai food, but YOU get to choose the heat level. Believe me with Thai food that is important! Fresh vegetables cooked by mom in the back. Large portions. I will have the Leftovers for lunch today. Nailed it! Mango and sticky rice combo dessert. Try it. You will like it! Thanks for the "you are now down home" experience, guys! Will send my friends.

We loved that everytime we ordered rice, it would come out in a different shape from a flower to Snorlax to a bear. It was a fun what will we get next. The food was delicious. When the curry came out, I was skeptical because the portion was so small but when you eat it with rice, it's a nice combination and you'll get full. The curry is super flavorful. The pad Thai was good but I think I'll opt for the regular pad Thai instead next time. The appetizers were a nice sampler of everything but the chicken satay. We did order the chicken satay and the peanut sauce was so good with it. The larb salad was also super flavorful. The sticky rice mango dessert was also a nice way to end the meal. It's small but the sticky rice was like maybe sweet pea protein or butterfly pea (something that makes it blue). And the Thai iced tea with lime was super refreshing on a summer evening. I liked the decor. Staff is super friendly. From credentials, the chef graduated from a top culinary school in Thailand. We can't wait to come back. It's also only 10 min away from Red Rocks too.

I found out about Klom…read moreKlorm from the Crazy Asians Facebook group, touting it was very authentic...so I put it in my calendar and went the next day lol The interior is nicely decorated and seating is arranged so that you have a great view of the open kitchen. I was greeted and seated immediately upon arrival, and was shocked at the breadth of the menu!!! They offer so many dishes!!! I was only able to snap a few photos of the menu, but they have a full menu online. I decided on getting 1 appetizer, 1 main dish, and 1 drink. I ended up ordering the fried tofu, pork Pad Thai, and an Iced Thai tea. Fried Tofu appetizer $10 5/5 They fry the tofu for at least 6 minutes (per the owner and chef) which gives the outside this delicious shell that makes the most mouthwatering crunch sound when you bite into it. You'd almost think it was fried chicken! It's accompanied by a sweet and sour peanut sauce that gives the tofu this combination of flavors and textures in the mouth. It's a very playful and delightful dish. Pad Thai Noodles $17 4.5/5 Very authentic, and it lets the sauce do the talking without being overly overpowering. The tamarind is forward and present, not hidden by overt sweetness. It complements the noodles well, which are a nice medium thickness, which are easy to eat without soaking up too much sauce. A *little* bit pricey for my single-person budget, but it's honestly worth the splurge every once in a while! Iced Thai Tea with milk $6 (I got this on the house when I mentioned this group!!!) 5/5 Delicious! They also offer it with a lime juice base! So make sure to specify which base you want, if they don't ask. Final Words: I'm so so happy to have an amazing Thai place in SW Denver!! The menu is extensive, so I'm going to have fun exploring all of the dishes. I loved chatting with the owners, and it's very evident they know authentic Thai cuisine. I'll definitely be adding this to my work lunch rotation!! Please go support them and keep this place busy and thriving!!! Edit to add: they're closed on Wednesdays!

He loved Asian food and had found a place in Vegas, the Lotus of Siam, and took me there. I loved it. Thai restaurants were less common in the Denver area back then but I found a place called Pad Thai with good food and went there often. My wife and I moved away from Lakewood but have recently returned and remembered Pad Thai, except now it is Bangkok Thai and we ate there last night. The food and service was excellent. I had the Green Curry with tofu and ordered it Thai Hot. It was fiery but delicious and loaded with vegetables and tofu, perhaps the best I have had since the LoS in Vegas (which, when I Googled it this morning, I learned has now received the James Beard Award). I highly recommend Bangkok Thai (but don't order the Thai Hot unless you can really tolerate the heat) and can't wait to go back. Note to "Jobillybob": Don't give up on this place. They raised their eyebrows when I ordered Thai Hot but I said "If it's too hot, it's my fault". It was not only hot enough but they brought a small bowl of chili flakes just in case I wanted to add more.

These dishes were chicken pad Thai, beef drunken noodles, pork Thai fried rice, chicken pineapple fried rice, vegetable combination stir-fry with tofu, pork pad kra pao stir-fry, chicken curry, and beef red curry. We enjoyed eating all the dishes and sampling these food items. The majority of us voted the chicken pineapple fried rice to be the best dish. To me, the pineapple and the chicken combination tasted very good together, and the fried rice itself was prepared well: flavorful and has a very good taste. The next second best was the pork kra pao stir-fry dish. Two comments on this dish: (1) "it was a good Thai piece of flavor" and (2) the bamboo shoots were really pronounced. Other comments on other dishes include (1) drunken noodle: "a classic dish that they nailed. Taste like what drunken noodles should taste like." and "the flavor was well balanced.", (2) vegetable combination stir-fry with tofu: "really loved the flavor of the eggplant in this dish.", and (3) green curry: "has just the right amount of heat and curry itself had a bright color." Because of the large group, the group decided to split into two separate smaller tables. This way we could talk and have meaningful conversations. It was a lively outing with folks walking up to get seconds. If you are in the neighborhood and want to try some Thai food, stop here and try my two favorite dishes: the chicken pineapple fry rice and the vegetable combination stir-fry with tofu. Also get their Thai iced tea. It was perfectly mixed so that you can taste the tea flavor and not drinking a cup full of sugar.
