    Thai Curry Puff (1 Pc)
    Josh M.

Super traditional Thai restaurant approved by my Thai friend. Everything from the papaya salad to the thai curry puff tasted really authentic. This one is definitely a hidden gem located in a small shopping plaza with limited parking. If you have the chance, and love Thai food (like me), I would give this place a try.

Oh lawd!! If there was another star, this restaurant would be a 6 star restaurant. All of their signature dishes were amazing! Perfectly balanced with authentic Thai flavors, beautifully presented and cooked to perfection! We had the Massaman Curry 10/10, Larb salad (pork) 11/10, Thai Fried rice 11/10 and the Fried Pomfret with spicy sliced mangos 8/10. The service was SUPERB. Our young waitress was so knowledgeable of the entrees. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Ambiance is good, truly an outstanding mom & pop shop and hands down, one of the best Thai restaurants we've been to in Denver.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

The restaurant is in a little bit sketchy location, parking is a bit tighter than usual. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Inside is homey, the server was nice and efficient.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She handles everything, from seating the guests, getting orders, answers the phone and taking to-go orders, and serves the food. It was a one-woman show. Service was relatively fast, considering. We ordered Crispy noodles with holy basil chicken, it was good, a little on salty side for me but my husband liked it. The Pineapple fried rice was curry flavored, it's good, if you like curry. The fried tofu was just ok, it was firm tofu, I prefer my fried tofu to be crispy outside and soft inside, this one was neither. The sticky rice with mango was good, just the right sweetness. Thai Iced tea was good.

No frills but fantastic Thai food. It's a little restaurant in a strip mall but don't let that fool you. The food is on point. The portion sizes are very big! I believe the owners were the ones serving and the lady was very nice while serving my party. In my opinion, this place would be better for take out but I'm definitely eating this food again.

Met up with some friends for lunch on a Sunday. The place is small, casual, nicely decorated, and clean. Our waitress was attentive and kind. We started off with some papaya salad and Thai tea. We did a medium on the spice for the papaya salad. Be warned that medium may be very hot for those who can't handle spicy. The papaya salad was on point and delicious. We finished it all. We ordered and shared the chicken drunken noodles, tofu pad Thai, and beef laab. We all loved the noodle dishes. Both tasted very distinct and flavorful. The beef laab, I've had better. Flavor was just okay. I would highly recommend them to ground their meats when making laab. Traditionally, laab is made with ground beef. Overall experience was really good. I would definitely come back and try more things on their menu.

Food was ok, not super tasty and expense for the portion. Wish they used paper containers instead of plastic. Taro pastry was tasty.

Noodles are a regular fixture when we want a quick fix and our version of fast food. With plenty of seating on this Monday evening, our party of three were seated immediately. Menus and water arrived shortly and we perused the menu. They have a decent selection of ramen, udon, soup noodles, stir-fry noodles, rice bowls, and poke bowls. They also have a few izakaya options perfect for sharing. * Black Tonkotsu $18 - The Little Guy got this and slurped the whole thing up, even the wood ear mushrooms which he usually leaves behind. He actually asked to return the next day because he loved it so much and just loved it. 5/5 * Menya Special $16.50 - I got this one and it was fine. Although I think I was a bit jealous as the Black Tonkotsu looked like it had different kind of noodles. The egg was perfectly cooked. 4/5 * Udon $16.50 - The Little Gal had this as she is a fan of udon any day. She ate pretty much the whole thing herself. Overall, Menya Noodle Bar served its purpose. It's a no-frills kind of place in a prime location.

The vibe here is of a japanese izakaya, though not a super traditional one, with sake bombs and everything. That said, the food is definitely on the pricier side, though extremely delicious. My typical go to is on of the salad. Now salads typically are not standout at most restaurants, but the ones at Kawa Ni just hits different. Both the red cabbage and pear salad and the brocolli salad are delicious and the portion is massive, easily enough for a table of 4 to share. For apps and shareable entrees, you can't go wrong here. The build your own tuna temaki hand rolls can easily be shared and the tuna is so fresh and well seasoned. The szechuan dumplings are delicious, as is the curry onigiri and the bao bun. The Dan Dan noodle, kimchi Carbonara, and their tonkotsu ramen are also amazing, and, with the exception of the tonkotsu ramen, can easily be shared. I would highly recommend other seasonal dishes as well, such as the coconut swordfish or chicken katsu parm. However, one of my absolute favorite dish here is the ochazuke. It's basically grilled fish over rice in a warm green tea dashi. It's so comforting, especially on a cold night, and a dish that I return to time and time again. Overall, Kawa Ni is an amazing japanese restaurant. Come for the food and just make sure you get a sake bomb and ask for the gong when you do.

Cravings absolutely satisfied…read more We were in CO for the Rocky Mountain Siberian Husky Club specialty and I cannot go anywhere without having some sort of Asian food. That evening, I was craving pho. Pho 92 came recommended and I was immediately drawn to the clear broth in the photos while researching Yelp for Vietnamese food. It was a Thursday evening when we arrived at Pho 92, and the restaurant was packed. It was loud, with staff bustling about and patrons enjoying their meals. The aroma of the pho broth was just as I had hoped for a busy restaurant. We waited approximately 10 min for a table. The staff were pretty efficient and looked to have a good system going for bussing tables. Hailing from CA, I am no stranger to good pho, and this place hit the spot. I'm so glad I decided to get the regular instead of the large, because wow those portion sizes were indeed huge. My husband made the "mistake" of ordering the combination vermicelli bowl, and it came packed with tender proteins and crispy egg rolls. That just meant for some delicious leftovers (that actually reheated perfectly). The pho broth was as clear as I had imagined from looking at other patrons' photos. It still had a good depth of flavor, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It had been a long travel day for us, so I didn't want oily soup. (Sometimes I do enjoy rich, oilier pho broth, but not that night.) The pho came with a plethora of herbs, which I of course used all of. Be warned that their chili oil is very spicy, which I accidentally put too much of without first trying (oops). I generally don't go to the same spot twice during a trip, as I enjoy trying out different local businesses, but Pho 92 would have been a spot I'd return to again if we had had the time and if I had wanted pho again. Their menu is huge, so there are plenty of dishes to choose from to satisfy your cravings, whatever those might be for any given day. We will definitely be back the next time we visit CO!

They no longer have the crab fried rice, but do have an imitation crab one. The photos from today look so different from before. It was damn near inedible and was actually gross. A slight burn only leaving you to crave just one more bite, ha! The fried soft shell crab in a bao bun with green papayo slaw, coconut mayo and cilantro nam prik was sweet, perfect crunch and memorable. Two for two with one dish left.
