Aptly named as the ambiance screams farmhouse! I've been here a few times. Some times it is really really good, the spice is there, just as we asked for. Other times it's the opposite, making us wonder: didn't we order the same dish last time, it was so good!?! So, averaged out, I can only give 3 stars. One of the iconic dishes is the Larb Salad. My friend was so enamored by it, he ordered another one to go. Sadly, he said the take-out one was bland. But it's like, did they forget the condiment?? Something else I always get here is the Roti, OMG trust me, you need this flaky, greasy flat bread in your life. Don't you dare dipping it in the peanut sauce, because once you do, there's no coming back! Crispy Tofu was the pleasant surprise. When dunked in the accompanying fish sauce, it was muy bueno! Pineapple fried rice is a presentation galore. It looks so amazing you would be glad you ordered it. Taste wise, I thought it was a little too sweet. And like a lot of the other dishes, maybe because I asked for absolutely the mildest heat, they had to supplement with a lot of sugar? It's a hit or miss at Farmhouse Thai. But I do recommend it for anyone who is a Thai food fan and have not checked it out!

Food portions are amazing! Staff is super friendly & they dont bug you at all, they do check up on you but it isn't super constantly. We started off with the Satay (Chicken skewers w/ peanut sauce & xtra small side of cucumber salad) sadly didn't capture a picture. Make sure to ask for the spicy sauces if you like spicy food ! I ordered the Red Curry with Medium heat. To my taste buds its wasnt spicy at all ! My girlfriend ordered a Pad Thai with mild heat level and that was spicy ! no picture either but it was amazing!

Tiny Uber delivery of the Tom kha soup.

I I'm so disappointed in my experience tonight. I have come to this restaurant multiple times in the year I've lived here and I have ordered from Uber eats on several occasions as well. I really appreciate their Tom kha soup and was ordered it tonight through Uber eats as I usually have in the past. What arrives is a tiny cup of soup. For anyone who has ever had this before they know it comes in a large bowl and when I have ordered it for delivery it comes in a large soup container. When I received the bag opened it and saw just a tiny cup of soup I immediately called the restaurant, certainly this was a mistake. I am told that the Uber eats soup is always small. I'm sorry but that is not correct as the last time I ordered it it was a large. I ordered the only option for the soup on the menu so I had to have ordered the correct one. The person on the phone continue to argue with me saying that this is what is served through Uber eats. Giving up completely and just 10 out of 10 starving I decided it would just eat it and never order from them again. My very first spoon into the food retrieves a short black hair. This experience can't get any worse.

Food was amazing! Best Thai food I have had in Colorado in a while. My sister lived in Bangkok and she agreed. There is plenty of room inside the restaurant with multiple tables. Our waiter was very sweet. I love spice but just be careful as my mouth was burning on some of the dishes! We split a few different way things, which I would recommend. I will definitely be back.

Cute little Thai place, great food and quick service. The Pad Thai and Tom Kha soup we ordered were authentic and well presented. It was so nice to have a special cartoon plate and tumbler for kids, these little things make a business stand out.

Terrific little Thai restaurant with a deft kitchen that turns out all the classics with subtle flavors, nothing ever greasy, and a big kick of spice when you want it. A nice dining room and very friendly service completes the experience.

The food here is fantastic! My favorite is the pad thai - not sure what they do to their's, but it's the best pad thai I have ever had!

We loved that everytime we ordered rice, it would come out in a different shape from a flower to Snorlax to a bear. It was a fun what will we get next. The food was delicious. When the curry came out, I was skeptical because the portion was so small but when you eat it with rice, it's a nice combination and you'll get full. The curry is super flavorful. The pad Thai was good but I think I'll opt for the regular pad Thai instead next time. The appetizers were a nice sampler of everything but the chicken satay. We did order the chicken satay and the peanut sauce was so good with it. The larb salad was also super flavorful. The sticky rice mango dessert was also a nice way to end the meal. It's small but the sticky rice was like maybe sweet pea protein or butterfly pea (something that makes it blue). And the Thai iced tea with lime was super refreshing on a summer evening. I liked the decor. Staff is super friendly. From credentials, the chef graduated from a top culinary school in Thailand. We can't wait to come back. It's also only 10 min away from Red Rocks too.

I was greeted and seated immediately upon arrival, and was shocked at the breadth of the menu!!! They offer so many dishes!!! I was only able to snap a few photos of the menu, but they have a full menu online. I decided on getting 1 appetizer, 1 main dish, and 1 drink. I ended up ordering the fried tofu, pork Pad Thai, and an Iced Thai tea. Fried Tofu appetizer $10 5/5 They fry the tofu for at least 6 minutes (per the owner and chef) which gives the outside this delicious shell that makes the most mouthwatering crunch sound when you bite into it. You'd almost think it was fried chicken! It's accompanied by a sweet and sour peanut sauce that gives the tofu this combination of flavors and textures in the mouth. It's a very playful and delightful dish. Pad Thai Noodles $17 4.5/5 Very authentic, and it lets the sauce do the talking without being overly overpowering. The tamarind is forward and present, not hidden by overt sweetness. It complements the noodles well, which are a nice medium thickness, which are easy to eat without soaking up too much sauce. A *little* bit pricey for my single-person budget, but it's honestly worth the splurge every once in a while! Iced Thai Tea with milk $6 (I got this on the house when I mentioned this group!!!) 5/5 Delicious! They also offer it with a lime juice base! So make sure to specify which base you want, if they don't ask. Final Words: I'm so so happy to have an amazing Thai place in SW Denver!! The menu is extensive, so I'm going to have fun exploring all of the dishes. I loved chatting with the owners, and it's very evident they know authentic Thai cuisine. I'll definitely be adding this to my work lunch rotation!! Please go support them and keep this place busy and thriving!!! Edit to add: they're closed on Wednesdays!

These dishes were chicken pad Thai, beef drunken noodles, pork Thai fried rice, chicken pineapple fried rice, vegetable combination stir-fry with tofu, pork pad kra pao stir-fry, chicken curry, and beef red curry. We enjoyed eating all the dishes and sampling these food items. The majority of us voted the chicken pineapple fried rice to be the best dish. To me, the pineapple and the chicken combination tasted very good together, and the fried rice itself was prepared well: flavorful and has a very good taste. The next second best was the pork kra pao stir-fry dish. Two comments on this dish: (1) "it was a good Thai piece of flavor" and (2) the bamboo shoots were really pronounced. Other comments on other dishes include (1) drunken noodle: "a classic dish that they nailed. Taste like what drunken noodles should taste like." and "the flavor was well balanced.", (2) vegetable combination stir-fry with tofu: "really loved the flavor of the eggplant in this dish.", and (3) green curry: "has just the right amount of heat and curry itself had a bright color." Because of the large group, the group decided to split into two separate smaller tables. This way we could talk and have meaningful conversations. It was a lively outing with folks walking up to get seconds. If you are in the neighborhood and want to try some Thai food, stop here and try my two favorite dishes: the chicken pineapple fry rice and the vegetable combination stir-fry with tofu. Also get their Thai iced tea. It was perfectly mixed so that you can taste the tea flavor and not drinking a cup full of sugar.
