Definitely, would not recommend for invisalign the office seems to give more priority to braces I quess, especially when it comes to follow up. Finished my treatment of over $2000.00 for just the top and needed another final retainer and Dr. Patterson left a note for the girls to tell me to go to my regular dentist who has had nothing to do with my treatment. This is in Prescott Valley, AZ and now I have to go 90 miles to my regular dentist in Chandler,AZ. After I requested another tray at my cost, they called me and had to reschedule because their guy was sick and didn't get mine made. I had to go to a funeral out of state when I return and called to make appointment to pick it up , NOW I have to go to my regular dentist. Girls in front office are very sweet but say they have to go off what was in chart by DR Patterson. WHY? shame on this office. read more

Worst orthodonitcs clinic EVER!!! Staff is not trained properly to answer questions when a patient complains of pain. Was told it will get better. Was over charged $750 for product I never asked for. Did not want Invisalign but that is what I have. Dr. Rob never had any interest as to what was going on in my mouth in 1 1/2 years only saw him 3 times. Had no business starting a patient with Invisalign with 2 broken teeth in my mouth. Now I have to pay $2500 to fix what they screwed up. My broken tooth died and now I need root canal and the other on has to be pulled. Will be seeking legal action. read more

I am very pleased with the care and positive flow of energy with genuine care Dr Patterson and his staff give. Any concerns or questions That come up are always answered thoroughly and In a timely manner. Patterson Ortho seemed fine until we moved and I needed to transfer my son out. Bobbi became defensive, unprofessional, rude, and accusatory when I asked for an explanation and transparency on the amount of money I was to be refunded. She informed me that neither her nor Dr. Patterson had time for explaining their fees or helping with a smooth transition. After weeks of dealing with this horribly stressful situation Dr. Patterson was FINALLY able to account/breakdown my full refund, instead of using fuzzy math. They were going to keep my money for services they weren't providing and told me it is always more expensive when you transfer. That is not true! They were also very misleading about accepting my insurance. They neglected to tell me they were not contracted with my insurance, which could mean I would be paying a higher fee even though my insurance would pay them the entire ortho benefit. I would never expect this bad business from a healthcare professional. I can't believe Orthodontists get away with not breaking down and being above board with their fees for their patients, themselves, and/or insurance. Patients deserve better! Hopefully, Patterson Ortho will be more transparent with their fees and treat their patients better in the future. read more

I recently had my braces done by Patterson Ortho and can't say enough about what a wonderful experience it was. The staff is incredible and always answered every question or concern I had. Dr. Rob is wonderful and has a very personal approach to patient care. They always tried to make me as comfortable as possible when I got my adjustments and were always using the latest technology. I got my braces as an adult and don't regret it for one second. Because of Dr. Rob and his staff I now have the smile I always wanted. Dr. Rob at Patterson's is the worst orthodontist we have ever met and my wife was in the medical field for 12 years. Dr. Rob, messed up her teeth then after multiple complaints and miscommunication on his and his staffs part he informed her that "we can not do anything for you,come to the PV office and we will cut you a check" that was his soultion. What a true coward for what he did to my son and wife. My wife was given wrong medical info twice and Dr. Rob never once physically worked on her teeth nor my son's. This office is unprofessional Genie the elderly staff member hung up on my wife and let the phone just go to VM 5 times when she called back. We will be seeking legal action. read more

Dr. Rob and his staff are nothing short of amazing! I have been a patient for 15 months now and have never had a disappointing appointment. All of the assistants are caring and gentle! Not to mention how genuinely friendly they are! They make you feel like you're family! Dr. Rob is so nice and always willing to take the extra time to answer any questions you may have! I currently have braces on, and I have to say, I look forward to every appointment. It feels like less of a appointment and more of a hanging out with friends while they fix my smile. They are so gentle and they genuinely care about not only what the best option for you is, but also, they ask how you are, and care about you as more than just a way of income. When I get my braces off, I am planning on visiting them every now and again. So many places are all business, focusing on getting you in, done, then out. They focus on in, making you comfortable, making sure to ask you about how you are, doing your teeth, making sure that you have all the wax, bands, and brushes you need, than out. In my opinion, that is how a business should be. They genuinely care. I love them, and even consider the assistant that usually he's me one of my closest friends. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. read more

The service is good, but they lie about the time frame for invisilign. They take your down payment and tell you it will be about 8 weeks for your trays to arrive. Meanwhile you keep making payments and you are lucky if the trays come in within 12 weeks. My son wore the trays religiously taking them out seconds before eating and putting them right back in. About midway through the process they were no longer fitting so he went back in. They had the nerve to insinuate they were not fitting correctly because he didn't wear them as advised. Nonetheless they had to order new trays and gave him a retainer to wear. They said it would only take about 4 weeks for the new trays to arrive. It has been 9 weeks and no trays yet. Honesty is best policy. There is no way they do not know how long it takes to get new trays but they blow smoke up your ass and tell you it will take much less time than it does. How about just being up front and honest! read more
