She came on a really short notice to meet my two cats and grab a set of my keys and I felt comfortable after meeting her - she's super friendly and nice and seems to really love cats. I had her come twice over the weekend to feed and play with them (and do some light litterbox cleaning) and she could not have been better! Each visit was $25 all in and she keeps you updated with texts and photos and even videos. It was really nice to see my cats in action while I was missing them and see how well taken care of they were. Dami even cleaned and washed their food bowls without being asked! She was super personable and a huge animal lover and I'll definitely be using her for future cat sitting visits :)

I found Katie's on Instagram a couple of years back and have had the best experience. The administrators are very responsive and friendly. They found me a sitter near my apartment and I love that he was in the neighborhood. Once done with water, feedings, and litter box duties he spent plenty of time just loving on them and playing with them. Larry, my sitter up to now, brought them treats and toys out of his own pocket, sent me updates and photos/videos with every evening visit, and always kept me apprised of how they were doing. I'm super sad that we are losing Larry due to me moving to a different borough but I have faith that Katie's will find me a new sitter who is just as caring and reliable.
