Hello Yelpies!!! Welcome to an awesome Asian fusion…read morerestaurant with true flavor and service. Let your fingers do the walking through a menu like no other and notice all the delicious pictures of food they will soon come out to your table. The cook does present the food as you see it.... That's truly amazing. Just make sure your server slows down a bit so your order comes out as expected. Besides that this place is good to go in my book. Oh yeah Thai coffee is great

The food is usually good, but the experience is getting worse each time we go. Once we ordered a…read moremeal that had spicy in the name. They did not ask if we wanted spicy, and it came not spicy. We had assumed it would be, given the name. We tried to get any waitresses attention for about 30 minutes, then when we did, she argued with us for quite some time about how it was our fault it wasn't spicy and should have requested that. She went back to talk to someone in the back, and came back and argued more, so we finally just ended up paying and leaving and not eating our food. We didn't go back for about 6 months. Another time we ordered to pick up, we showed up at the scheduled time, and still had to wait an additional 30 minutes for our order. We weren't sure if they had forgotten us since there wasn't any acknowledgment after we had initially asked for our food. Again, the quality of food is great if you eat there or pick it up yourself, but it's starting to feel like more work than it's worth. (I wouldn't recommend DoorDash, but that's not the restaurants fault).

Btw, the wife likes their sandwich, also very tasty. 5 stars for sure. I would recommend this restaurant to my friends with no hesitation at all. To complete the review, the service is good and the ambiance is good. I would give 5 stars as well.

Ba's is a nice space, with exposed brick and character, and professional staff. We found the food…read morequality solid but uneven. I had the bún (rice noodles) with grilled chicken and charred prawns. The first bite was good: prawns were excellent, lightly cooked, moist with a smoky sweet char. The second bite included nicely herbed noodles with fresh, good quality lettuce, mint and cilantro. The third bite, and majority of the dish unfortunately, contained overcooked, chewy chicken. The fish sauce mixture lacked birds eye chili, acid and seasoning. Dry chicken dominated, but ironically components that require more delicate treatment were prepared well. The fried spring rolls (cha gio) were greasy, missing that blistered, bubbly skin.. My companion ordered a strawberry matcha and the vegetarian bún: nice and herby and green, but lacking that good flavor (chili, acid) in the Nước Chấm fish sauce. It shouldn't be solely up to sriracha to get a dish to the right flavors. In all, a nice spot aesthetically and friendly staff but while dishes had super fresh veg and some solid proteins, other proteins were overcooked and our dishes were missed some of the flavors we love to see in Vietnamese food.
