Orders come out fast (usually within 5-10 minutes) and always warm, which is exactly what you want from a place like this. But let's be honest, the real star here is the salsa bar. Especially the green avocado sauce. It's so good it's honestly dangerous. I could drink that stuff. That sauce alone is the main reason I keep coming back, and it elevates everything on the menu. I ordered an al pastor taco which unfortunately was not good. It came out extremely cold and needed a lot of salsa for it to have any flavor. I also ordered a steak burrito which was much better and was served with melted cheese on the top. There were fatty pieces throughout the burrito but this was far better than the taco. Lastly, I ordered a horchata but it tasted like grainy and wasn't great. If I'm in the area again I may give this a try but I'd definitely stick with a burrito so your food is hot.

They would then make a point to come visit one of the locations (Springfield, Landmark, Vienna) anytime they were visiting. It was simply meant to be that they happened to relocate to Raleigh where a Taco Bamba location exists, so that now WE get to visit THEIR Bamba. Their Raleigh location specific tacos are truly amazing. The Queen Bee and Sweet Baby Jesus are delicious. It's also nice that this location has a really nice outdoor seating area. There's ample seating both indoor and outdoor, and despite it usually being busy we always manage to find a table.

I asked for a spicy sauce that I put on top and it makes the tacos that much better. I enjoy this place and you can't beat the price either, will be back again.
