Its unfortunate but my experience was highly disappointing with Paul. He has over 30+ years if experience but lacks to listen to simple instructions and ruins the entire outfit ( a dress in my case). I also believe taking payments prior to delivering your cloth is a bit shady. Maybe he does have skills with men's clothing but I have learned my lesson to never mess with this guy again. I work in the same shopping center as Paul D'Marco, right next door actually. One of my coworkers kept raving about going to Paul to have a dress altered for her and i had 4 pairs of pants sitting in my closet that were waaay too long for me that I needed altered and since I'm always at work I never had time to take them anywhere.
