Lovest Bridal Boutique is by appointment only, no walk-ins plus there's a $25 deposit made prior. If you do not see any dresses you automatically fell in love with, you WILL get your deposit back. The price tag for the dresses here (at least the styles that I liked) will cost a bit more than your usual typical run-of-the-mill bridal stores. Afterall, this IS a boutique. All the dresses I tried on were around $2.5K. Dress styles are organized by sections so if you're not a poofy princess dress kinda gal, you won't have to focus on that section. Honestly, there's so many different styles to choose you may even opt to come in with an open mind. Tried on a few and of course I found THE dress here. Throughout my appointment, Cici was never pushy and she gave me time to talk it out with my girls. She was patient when I wanted to try on a dress for a second/third time. She gave me options & ideas on how to change the look of the dress (ie. off the shoulder vs tube top style). The store associate was very casual about it when we went to pick up the rest of the items. We were told it was still being cleaned at their separate downtown location. We were able to pick up the rest of my husband's items and assured they would notify us when the dress was ready. They never reached out to us and it took two calls from us to even get an assistant manager involved. Maria was very dismissive of my concerns and told me they haven't even started the review of their cameras to locate the item! She said they thought they were looking for one item that we had already picked up! My husband and my sisters had to call them numerous times today before Maria even called me back. I followed up with her two hours after (two calls plus a voicemail) just for Maria to tell me she won't call me again until tomorrow, despite me asking for updates as they have shown they do NOT care about this. I've been to the dry clean multiple times but will never come back here after today. I brought a…read morejacket in for dry cleaning, and when I picked it up, I immediately found a tear on the inside bottom of the jacket that was not there before. When I confronted the woman about it, she was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility or offering to fix it, she asked me "What do you want me to do about it?" She claimed she "didn't check" the jacket and said I had no proof, then tried to accuse me of already knowing about the tear -- which is absolutely false. The jacket was returned on a hanger, wrapped in plastic, and the tear was the first thing I saw when I flipped it over. To make it even worse, she tried to charge me $10 for a few stitches on damage that happened while the jacket was in their care. That is completely unacceptable. Damaging a customer's clothing and then trying to make the customer pay to fix it is outrageous. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic customer service here is unbelievable. The attitude was arrogant, as if they're the only dry cleaner in Las Vegas. They are not. Save your money, save your clothes, and go anywhere else.
