Doctor Taylor was engaged, explained the injury and what I needed to do to regain mobility in my hand. The nursing staff was very supportive & I felt like I was in good hands. On follow-up I met with Jonathan & he was also superb. Asked questions, and made a number of suggestions that I think will be very useful. Jonathan thought to ask about other potential injuries from the fall to look out for - I'd banged my knee pretty hard, but it had been kinda neglected. I don't live in Ridgecrest so I called the number in spite of the fact it didn't mention it was a hospital number. I was told the Clinic was across the street from the hospital. I arrived on time to the Medical Office but all the doors were locked. There was a frail elderly man trying to gain access also. I called the number and told the receptionist I couldn't gain access to the building. She sarcastically said we have been seeing patients all day. I clarified the building was across the street from the Hospital and in front of the Marriott. I finally gave up and hung up on her. Someone else called back and gave an address of a street name I couldn't pronounce and certainly couldn't couldn't spell. She told me to put the address in my smart phone. I am a senior citizen and I can't see the screen of my phone in the sun. After driving over 2 hours to get to the appointment I just had to leave. This whole epic could have been avoided if they would have texted me an address and an appointment verification. The elderly man that was there also just left. Unbelievably poor patient service. I hope the Dr is aware the poor quality of the staff is preventing him from seeing patients

I had been going to another dentist who told me that I would "always" require periodontic work, and I had accepted that prognosis. When that dentist left town, I had to find another one. Dr. Christenson is very close to where I live, so I thought "why not give him a try"... I've been hooked on him ever since I started going to him. When I started seeing him, I had to have gum surgery (performed by an oral surgeon). When I healed I went back to Dr. Christenson and he took his time to show me what I was doing wrong (not brushing long enough, etc...) and now, because of his expert advice, I no longer need periodontic work!!! And that's been about 2 years now.... I highly recommend Dr. Christenson.

They are attentive, respectful, mindful, thorough, and consistent. The psychiatrist I saw was willing to listen to my mental problems and I think June the therapist was a very sweet lady there to just listen which I can always appreciate. I really like the dentist I see. She and the assistants make me feel comfortable and they seem non judgemental. I have the nastiest teeth for a 32 year old. Tsk tsk on me. The substance abuse counselor, Mr. Felix was such a breath of fresh air. He went at my pace and we set realistic goals for my road to recovery. I will always choose their services over anyone else's except I'm in a program which means I have to see my program's psychiatrist only. Very good people and professional :)
