Hector is the best and THE GOAT! I had the best experience overall with everyone there. My first appt they shut the whole place down for your family and friends and it is quite the experience. They do it right and I am so sad that I don't have to go back there all the time, the fittings were sooo smooth I bought my gown and veil there. Where do I even start about this place...they were FREAKING AMAZING! The staff was absolutely fantastic, they took such good care of me and my family. Champagne toasts, pictures, videos, a champagne cork in my fiancé and I's name, and lots of laughs and tears. Hector pulled out a flat iron and did my hair and pampered me and put me all together to help show me the full envision of what it feels like to be a bride. They had a wide variety of beautiful dresses that I could've tried on all day. Every time I tried on a dress I gave my honest opinion about it and they knew right away which style I wanted and what they thought I would love and you guessed it, I found my dream dress! They had accessories and dresses for bridesmaids and guests, as well as veils that were absolutely STUNNING, jewelry, and day of wedding/getting ready attire. I had an appointment in early May at Paul Francis to find a wedding dress. I am an anxious person and went into this appointment very anxious and worried I would not like anything. My experience was the exact opposite. From the moment I stepped inside Hector took me under his wing and calmed my nerves. Michael was also extremely kind and made me feel at ease. All of the dresses that I tried on were beautiful, but I didn't feel like I had found the one. I had an appointment the next day at a different store, and I found something I liked a lot, but I felt uneasy about purchasing a dress there due to mixed reviews. The dress was also not 100% what I had in mind. I texted Michael and asked if they had something similar that I could try on. I went back a few days later and they showed me a dress that was just what I was looking for. Hector and I discussed in detail what I loved about each different dress that I tried on and were able to come up with the perfect dress for me. And bonus- no one else will have the same exact dress as me since we are customizing a few things. I would highly recommend coming here if you want the best of the best people, experience, and dress. You get the whole salon to yourself and they truly show that they care about each bride that walks through the door. With all of this in mind, the prices are still fair and reasonable. Simply incredible experience! I know they are a newer bridal shop but they've already mastered the dress shopping experience. We were welcomed with drinks and snacks. Picked out a bunch of different dresses to try on and Hector was the best help! As we narrowed it down to the perfect dress, he kept finding more dresses that were tailored towards my style. If you are a bride, please do yourself the favor of shopping at Paul Francis! From the second you walk in the door, this bridal shop is unlike any other and immediately makes you feel elevated! I personally was quite the anxious bride (not great with the center of attention) and Hector was immediately in tune! Hector and the other staff at the store were absolutely incredible! They took their time to make sure I felt comfortable and confident in my own skin and absolutely stunning in all of their wonderful gowns!! They knew how I felt in a dress before I even had to say it and were completely on point with all of their selections! Prior to my experience at Paul Francis I had other bridal shop appointments where I felt like I wasn't being heard, and was being forcibly pushed to make a purchase. At that point I was honestly considering just purchasing a gown online in order to avoid the stress! I am so glad I didn't! Paul Francis completely changed the experience of picking out my wedding gown. I seriously can not express enough how incredible they are! Now, thanks to them, the memory of picking out my wedding gown is a beautifully happy one (something every bride deserves)! In addition to the actual day, Hector has been a saint helping me to alter the dress. Not only the typical hem and bustle but actually changing certain aspects of the design itself!
