Everyone was really good about explaining everything to me and making sure I understood what was going on. The dentist even spent an impressive amount of time with me which I was surprised about. At previous dentist offices I have attended, the technician would take the x-rays, do the cleaning and polishing then review everything with the dentist. At this office, the technician did my x-rays then the dentist did everything else. It felt a little odd, but I also felt like I was getting her honest opinion and attention. However, I also sent my daughter there for cleaning and such, she needed crowns but they fell out after only 3 days of the dr segal putting them in, he did not mold her teeth correctly and didn't say a word, so when the crown came in they didn't fit and we still had to pay. This f*ing dentist is worthless, DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY TO HIM. I would not recommend him to anyone. Him as a doctor should say what he is doing to a patient. Oh, OH and also, he hurt her with the needle to numb her and that semi worked. Now we found a good dentist that she really likes, the dentist and his staff is comical and explains everything without her trying to figure it out; but the bad news is that we have to pay more money to get her teeth fixed. do not go to central Ohio dental associates, or whatever they are called.

I started coming to this office about a year and a half ago after having a "deep cleaning" done somewhere else and it being an extremely horrible experience. My husband has been going to this office for quite some time and suggested that I check it out. Every visit (which is every three months for me) has been great! The front desk staff are always so friendly and kind, the hygienists are always so gentle and making sure that I'm feeling alright and not in pain, and Dr. Melissa is just the sweetest! I appreciate all of these characteristics as I'm not a fan of the dentist nor dental cleanings. The entire staff seem to be really great with children too! My four year old has had great experiences with everyone in the office and doesn't mind having her teeth cleaned here either. Last year was a different story! I also like that children get to pick a prize from the treasure chest after their cleanings as well. Other deets - The office is clean and spacious, the kids play area is nice, a Keurig is readily available to make hot drinks, and each of the dental "rooms" have a TV above the main chair to help keep you distracted during your cleaning. I absolutely love this office and will continue to attend my three month cleanings!
