Grand central closed due to flooding
Manny S.

I made an appointment to see a 2020 audi q3 After driving 3 hours in a rain storm with highways and roads closed due to flooding i make it .The salesman repeatedly tryed to push me to buy new then the salesman tells me that the car i wanted had been flooded .what a complete waste of a day a total bait and switch ..shady practice..

Follow up communication from Paul Miller Audi stating they "may be able to offer" a "ballpark" offer FAR OUTSIDE of REALITY.

Lazy Service Department, had to bring my car in 9 times before they fixed the actual issue. Biggest waste of time.

Second visit even better than the first! Five-star service as always!…read more Once I decided I wanted a new Lexus the first and only contact I made was to Angela Malanga who sold me my first Lexus. Why? Because Angela will be upfront with you and do everything she can to make everything go smoothly. I emailed her what I wanted then we spoke on the phone. She explained to me that if I was set on color and options, there was no timetable available as to when I would get something. But if I liked something available that was in transit it would be a lot quicker. The first one she showed by had pretty much everything I wanted so I took it. She emailed me all the forms I needed to fill out, explained what the fees were and went to reserve the vehicle. Everything was done in less than an hour. Angela kept me informed by email anytime the status of my vehicle changed. When it got closer to delivery, she made sure I was prepared with everything I needed to bring to make it go smoothly. Thanks to Angela, Noah in Tech & Anthony in Finance delivery was a breeze, even with me being under the weather! Although I confirmed with Angela that removed and deleted everything I needed in my trade in while I was there, night came and it occurred to me I forgot to remove the SD card from my dashcam..... Sent Angela an email and the next business day I get a text with picture that it was done. I've never had a bad experience at Lexus of Route 10. From my very first visit everyone I've ever dealt with here has always made me feel like a valued customer.

Rating: (0/5 Stars if I could) DO NOT BUY AN EV OR TRUST…read moreMANAGEMENT AT LEXUS OF ROUTE 10. DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES AND ZERO CONCERN FOR FAMILY SAFETY. I am a loyal Lexus customer who expects the legendary reliability this brand was built on, but my experience with Lexus of Route 10 and their management team (Bob Giaquinto, Chris Vassallo, and Guest Experience Director Brad Vaill) has been a complete nightmare. I purchased a brand new 2026 Lexus RZ 450e Premium. This car left the factory completely defective. According to the vehicle's own computer logs on my Lexus App, this dealership had to replace the 12V auxiliary battery on April 30, 2026, when the car had only 12 MILES on the odometer. Since taking delivery, the car has completely died and left me stranded THREE SEPARATE TIMES in less than 2,130 miles. On my second service visit (Order #0544304), their own technicians explicitly documented in writing: "DEALER FOUND HISTORY OF VEHICLE BEING LEFT ON IN ACCESSORY MODE." Their own diagnostic logs prove the vehicle has a systemic software glitch where it cycles itself into accessory mode when parked, completely draining the battery. Yet, when it died for a THIRD time just days later, leaving me completely stranded, the dealership refused to acknowledge the factory defect. They tried to gaslight me and blame me for the issue, despite their own written notes proving otherwise. As a parent, my highest priority is the safety of my children. Forcing a parent to drive a highly unpredictable EV that randomly suffers total electrical blackouts--putting young children at risk of being stranded on high-speed highways or unsafe neighborhoods--is an extreme liability. To make matters worse, the 2026 RZ platform is currently plagued by a massive global safety recall (NHTSA Campaign 26V393) because the battery ECU can abruptly shut down the powertrain at highway speeds, causing a total loss of motive power. I didn't ask for a handout or a free car. I am a paying customer who simply asked the dealership to work with Lexus Financial Services to execute a Substitution of Collateral (Lien Swap) to transition my loan balance into a safe, reliable, naturally aspirated gas vehicle (like an IS 350 or a Certified Pre-Owned V8). Instead of helping a loyal customer and protecting a family, Guest Experience Director Brad Vaill flatly refused to help, refused a management meeting, and issued a formal demand threatening to pull my courtesy loaner vehicle to force me back into a dangerous, broken EV that keeps dying. They care about taking your money, but the second their high-tech EV platforms fail, they will deploy shady stalling tactics, protect their wholesale inventory over consumer safety, and abandon you. A formal New Jersey New Car Lemon Law case has been opened with Lexus Corporate and Lexus Financial Services, and a safety hazard report has been filed with the federal government (NHTSA/DOT). Do yourself a favor: avoid the electronic garbage platforms this dealership is pushing, and take your hard-earned business to a dealership that actually values human safety and integrity.

They treat me like family! They are thorough with their service, very considerate with cost, and great people! V-C is family-owned, family run, and treats its customers like family. This is feedback for Ford Corp. Ford has made a mistake twice by discontinuing production of the Taurus, and their drop in sales is indicative of customer disappointment. The first time they stopped production of the Taurus, they replaced it with The Ford Five Hundred, which lasted only a few years, and they wisely brought back the Taurus. Now Ford went all in on EVs and no longer has a standard sedan. I will need to replace my current Taurus, which has 100,000 miles, and I am struggling with how to replace it with a new non-EV Ford sedan. I may have to settle for a hybrid SUV, which does not make me happy. I've been advised by friends to get a different brand of car, but I will not go to another dealer. I've explained why I will not do that, but at this point, it's a choice of which car is the least objectionable for me. Ford needs to listen to its customers.

Always helpful, always listens, guides us through the test drive, purchase, and teaching the systems on the car. Carl, the sales manager, is alway out front and accessible, not like other dealerships where you never see the mysterious "sales manager" the salesperson always has to clear things with. If the dealership wasn't great I would not have purchased five cars there. The entire process is low key and low pressure. From selecting a car, to the test drive, to approving the deal and sitting with finance, it is as pleasurable as a car buying can be.

I sent over requests for 2 or 3 cars to get a feel on prices.. Tatiana was great with replying. I even ghosted them a few times bouncing around looking at all car company deals. But each time I came back they were there like an old friend. After a few weeks of my search I found 2 cars I wanted. I went in, I sat with Dashawn, they were sold. Damn. He showed me the nearest to what I was looking for in my price range. Never with an agenda to get me into something I didn't want. I was discouraged that the car I wanted was gone. I told him thanks but no thanks.. he was great and helpful even in this situation. I should every make model deal I could. I ended up at another Subaru location on a referral. I had to pull teeth to get in my price range. Back and forth 6-7-8 times. I agreed to a deal except the car would be a week away. I left, happy but not so happy, it felt like work, but $34k worse. I get home go to another company, no dice. On my way home I call Tatiana again... Hey I left there a few days ago without pricing on these models.. she got me right to our next hero in the process, Sharon the sales manager. I told her the truth, I checked out another Subaru store. She asked why did I go so far we are neighbors. She literally throw out an IDENTICAL offer in the first 2 mins telling her my story. We agreed to a price in minutes that was better than my 3 hour battle at the other Subaru dealership. She gave me all the time I needed to discuss it with my wife. It was too good to pass up. I was told the cars going in for detailing and prepped for me at like 445, they close at 6, they say come when your ready. I get there like 515. Go right up to Deshawn and he was as happy as the first time I met him, just a nice, honest, positive, straight forward, respectful down to earth guy. It was easy to pick up where we left off. The paperwork was already on the desk ready to go. We went to the finance department. I met Carlos, who is probably the most honest, informative and insightful finance guy I've ever met. A truly great person, the kind you want to sign 25 pages of paperwork with. They were both stuck there with me on a Saturday night well past closing. Deshawn went over every feature in the car, with zero rush. None of this felt even 1/8th as bad or worse than work like the other dealership. You may show up and not get lucky enough to sit with Deshawn or Carlos, but if you can ask for them, do it. An overall incredible experience from a person that hates typical sales people. Forget about the great deal and quality car I bought... The people at this Paul Miller store are there working for you from bottom to top. Derrick and his team have been my mechanics since I moved to West Orange in 2018, and at this point I trust them completely with my cars. They're straight shooters. If something can wait, they'll tell you. If something needs attention now, they'll show you why. No pressure, no mystery charges, no unnecessary parts swapping. From a technical standpoint, their diagnostics have been consistently spot-on. They don't just throw parts at a problem hoping something sticks; they take the time to trace the root cause, whether it's electrical, drivetrain, or something more subtle that other shops miss. The work is done right the first time, and I've never had to come back for the same issue. Pricing is fair, turnaround times are realistic, and communication is excellent. They treat you like a long-term customer, not a one-time invoice. Shops like this are rare, and if you're looking for a place you can stick with for years, this is it.
