Review of MB S63 AMG Overall the car was clean and presentable With no major body or interior issues . However upon opening the hood is where it gets interesting. The AMG nameplate was removed. The most sacred thing on an AMG car! The car Was in a Sunoco station which was the first red flag . Upon checking all the fluids they had all been changed ...with the wrong fluids . MB has specific colors especially for the coolant. Second issue was the the CE codes had been cleared. I spoke to the Salesperson about common problems with the M156 engine in particular breaking head bolts and catastrophic failure. Several minutes later he informed me " oh the mechanics just changed all the head bolts snd gaskets " I was tempted to laugh at this but did not ... seriously the Sunoco station just undertook a major engine overhaul whicj cost more than this car?? Anyway the first thing I looked at was to see if the engine was ever apart and of course it never was. Bottom line Im going to pass on this . I hope whoever's buys this has it check out . I bought a sprinter van from them and either Paul lied about the work that was done on it or he got ripped of by the shop he works with. Below is the email I sent him, if you buy from him make sure you get another mechanic to look it over first! Hey Paul, thank you for selling me the van I appreciate your time, but I am a little disappointed in the quality of the van. There were a few things that you said you and your shop did that you didn't do. Or maybe you got charged for and didn't actually happen. 1) oil hasn't been in a long time, the sticker says change oil 68,000 and the date is from 2019 and you said you hadn't had it very long so I doubt it was actually done. 2) check engine light came on 200 miles into the drive home. I ran the codes at our shop and it's for a bad fuel filter, which you said had been serviced and from looking it it it clearly hadn't. 3) you had said the belt was replaced, and it is very worn, close to breaking. It might be that the belt wasn't put on right or the tensioner pulley is pushing the belt out of alignment that made it wear so fast, but I doubt it. 4) you didn't say anything about this, but when I was driving it home I heard a banging in the back, I thought it was a loose spare tire and didn't think much about it, but the tail pipe was not connected to the vehicle and was rattling against the undercarriage. 5) the a/c unit might have been taken off and the gasket replaced, but it was not done so properly and continues to leak. It is also cracked in the outer unit which may have happened when they "replaced" seal or happened at a different time. 6) not necessarily your fault, I should have noticed but the back left tail light is cracked and needs replacing to pass inspection, so do the license plate light and the head lights. When I called to inquire about the van I got a good feeling that you were an honest car salesman and that this would be a great vehicle for me and my family and it might be, but you do not seem to be the honest salesperson I hoped you to be. I had saved up for a long time to be able to afford a vehicle like this and I am pretty disappointed in the experience with Zoom. I now have a vehicle that I cannot afford to fix to pass inspection, so I now will have this van sitting in my driveway until I can get it up to par. I do not know where the fault lies either you need to find a new shop that actually does the work it says it does and to the quality you should want it done at, or you have lied to me about the state of the vehicle. I am now burdened to this van so I would appreciate it if you would now please be honest and tell me what was actually done so that I can then do a more through inspection of the van or ask the shop you use what the hell happened and why they delivered you a van with such poor mechanic work? read more

STAY AWAY - ZOOMAUTO WILL NOT HONOR ADVERTISED PRICES! They had a Rav4 advertised for $13,995 on four major websites (Cars.com, Cargurus.com, Truecars.com, and eBay). I called to confirm availability and drove an hour to get there. After test driving the car, I started to negotiate price, and then Alan at ZoomAuto told me that the $13995 figure was the "wholesale" price for dealers, and that the actual "retail" price was $14887 - $892 higher! I pointed out that none of the four websites showed any price other than $13,995, and none made mention of any possible wholesale vs. retail pricing in each page's "fine print" (I read such things very thoroughly before even looking at a car). The ONLY place where any other price was mentioned was ZoomAuto's own site (zoomautousa.com), and even there it listed it as: Wholesale Price $13,995 Retail Price $14,887 My Savings $892 I would say that's pretty self-explanatory.... Alan said there must be a "glitch" (on all FIVE websites??). I left, and he said someone would e-mail me - no one did. I later sent Alan an e-mail, and he never responded. The car is still listed, and has been for over 2 months. As I said, STAY AWAY. They are not reputable. read more

Do NOT do business with this dealership. Our experience buying the car (a BMW X3) was smooth. Matt and his colleagues were nice, not needy, and easy to work with. I asked Matt about the carfax and everything seemed okay. I wanted to double check so I asked Matt if they had inspected the car recently. He said everything was A-okay. It was after the purchase was made where the problems rolled in. Expecting a used car would have some hiccups, I went to two mechanics who told me that the car was in poor condition and I needed more than $4K+ in repairs. I was shocked so I e-mailed Zoom back to let them know. The only thing Matt responded with was, "I didn't know that." They also stuck us with a key that didn't work properly. Because of how much we paid in repairs, I just asked them to get us two keys. They would only give us one key and the other worker Lizette didn't even send us the license plates until my temporary license plates expired. She apologized for it but the customer service post purchase was truly appalling. Our overall experience was awful. I've bought used cars before and have never dealt with this many problems. They're truly the definition of a snake oil salesman. They're the epitome of all our worst fears about a shady dealership. read more

STAY AWAYYY THE BAD REVIEWS ARE RIGHT !!!!!!Unfortunately I had a VERY bad experience here ! I was very interested in one of the cars however the car was dirty from the inside , the windshield was cracked and the sun roof was broken and the salesman mentioned the price is nonnegotiable BUT they said for ME they will get it detailed , replace the windshield, and fix the sunroof if we were truly interested & to show them I was truly interested I personally put down $1,000 as a deposit that they said would go towards the full amount of the car . I Did NOT sign a contract , nor agreement at this time , It was never mentioned this deposit was nonrefundable. A few days later i realized that they had not given me the car fax so i ask for it to be emailed to me . He tried to justify on the email that the accident I'll see on the car fax was no biggie. However because this car was not only for myself but for my soon to be born child, I did not feel comfortable committing to a car that has been in an accident and has "structural damage". Therefore I contacted them back and told them I had changed my mind and he was almost at a lost for words , trying to convince me otherwise. He mentioned that he would not be able to give back the full 1,000 that i put down ??? They tried to argue that they didn't have to do the small repairs that they did but they had it done for me ??? But in general they needed to do those repairs regardless for the next buyer who came along soooo why use my money ??? How are u going to take my money when that's not even my car to begin with and it was never said that that money would go to the repairs ???? Excuse me what ?? THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE AND REFUSED TO REFUND ME MY MONEY . And they also said "i didn't even have to give u the car fax , i could of said no get it yourself." Although staff was friendly - the car I came to come see was in pathetic condition. I was provided with a carfax that claimed the car had not been in an accident but clearly had back end damage to the car. The entire car needed to be repainted, 4 new rims, and 2 sets of different tires on the car (1 brand on each side) which meant at least 2 new tires. They also wanted to charge a fee to change from wholesale to resale, something I have never heard of a dealership trying to do. It was at least $6,000 worth of repairs on a car they truly believed they would sell for $26k (the sales person claimed this was a 31k valued car when fixed - why would ANYBODY pay 26k for a car they needed to put 6k in and time wasted to pay 32k total, ontop of taxes+their ridiculous wholesale fee.) Long story short, call and ask about the condition before you take the drive. I saw this car on ebay and thought it was a fantastic deal- SO glad I did not place a bid because this car was really a big hunk of junk and all the condition of the car was not accurately represented on ebay. read more

I am amazed and I love my new previously owned Volvo. Because I know practically nothing about cars, it was quite a risk to just pop in because I saw the car with the make/model/color that I had wanted in their lot. When I spoke to Allen and Peter I soon realized that they were intelligent and gentlemen and that I could trust them to help me. Indeed they did. These guys are AWESOME! I had a horrible experience with a crooked car dealer in Springfield NJ. It was so bad that I was discouraged, but decided to keep trying. That's when I saw the BMW that Zoom had listed. I called and spoke to Peter, and told him about what I had gone through. He said that they weren't like that (Suuuure, you aren't!). I let him run my credit and he gave me ball park figures on the payments. I said I'd be coming that Saturday and he put the car on hold without asking for a deposit. I went with my girlfriend and my mechanic. Peter gave me the keys and said come back when you're ready. Really laid back. We took it for a spin and my mechanic saw a small oil leak. He's a BMW specialist. He said that the leak isn't bad at all, but to make sure that the dealer would cover the cost to fix it. Peter was completely honest saying that the price wasn't negotiable, but it was definitely priced right. He gave me a break on the warranty. My mechanic put the car on the lift and saw it was the oil pan gasket. I told them and they told me to bring it in and they will have their mechanic fix it. They gave me a loaner, and they had the car for a week. I get the car back, but we then had an issue with my registration, but it wasn't the dealer's fault. NYS DMV sucks!! I had to bring them the car as I couldn't drive it legally. They gave me a loaner again. This is when Alan came in. He was excellent with following up with me on everything. NYS DMV held me registration because of a comma in my name!! I get the car back and go to get it inspected and my mechanic noticed that it was still leaking oil. I let them know and I brought it back and they gave me another loaner. This time they replaced the whole oil pan! This is almost $2000 at BMW. They took care of it without issue. I got the car checked out again and everything is GOLD!! They kept their word every step of the way. I took the car to a BMW dealer near my house to get my key read, and the salesman said they would have never sold this car for the price Zoom sold me for, because they would have sold it for at least $3000 more than Zoom charged! My mechanic was so impressed with Peter's honesty, that he almost bought a Lexus from them, but didn't have the time. They're even helping me get a 2nd key. Normally it costs over $500, but they're getting it for me for a fraction of that. Peter an Alan have shown true integrity and have done right by me through all of the hiccups.
