I called them and they asked me to keep an eye on it, so I did. The error message continued and the car was unable to lock. Then, the Check Engine light came on. I called Paul Miller Audi to report to them that my car would NOT LOCK. The earliest appointment mentioned they had to receive a loaner was 9 days away. Fine. I turned in the car and received a loaner. It was a "Late 2025" Q5, same as the car I leased. THIS LOANER BROKE DOWN ON THE HIGHWAY. It overheated and had a drivetrain malfunction. I called Audi and they told me it was my responsibility to have it towed back to the dealership. I was not charged, but I had to wait with the car in the freezing cold for one hour and a half. When I asked them if I was able to Uber to work and if they would cover the expense they said "NO". I returned to Paul Miller and they had another loaner waiting for me. Funny how they had it so quickly. Now for the unbelievable part. It has now been one month since my brand new car has been in the shop. There is still no ETA on when the car will be fixed. I am still being billed for the car AND ON TOP OF IT I AM STILL BEING BILLED FOR MY PREVIOUS Q5 THAT I RETURNED WHEN I LEASED THE NEW ONE!!! YES, I'M BEING CHARGED FOR BOTH!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE. DO NOT BUY AN AUDI. PAUL MILLER CUSTOMER SERVICE COULD NOT BE WORSE. ED IS THE GENERAL MANAGER, "We don't make the cars, we gave you a loaner, you need to pay your bill, there's NOTHING I CAN DO." This is my 4th AUDI. I have been a loyal customer for 10 years. This is how they treat people. Car still in the shop. No one calls me to apologize. No one knows anything. PLEASE BEWARE.

When I took it back to them they claimed that that was due to an undiagnosed crack under the hood that they hadn't initially seen and wanted $6000 to repair it. The manager was rude, disrespectful and took absolutely no accountability for the fact that his shop failed to make the diagnosis when the car was brought to them initially. Do not go there for anything other than an oil change and honestly don't even go there for that. They will tell you that you need all this unnecessary work and if you let them do it they probably won't even do it right. I traded my car in for a Mazda less than 24 hours after my last visit there and if you're driving a honda and that is where you have to get your car serviced you should do the same.

It sure was nice to look at, though! The salesman on duty was very nice, said it would be fixed soon and suggested calling in advance to ensure it was operational. The second time I stopped by, the EV was good for a test drive. I noticed that the car had some scuffs, pointed out that the car had a couple of deficiencies and was ready to haggle over the price. The owner, who was staffing the lot that day, seemed almost offended that I would try to negotiate a better price and asked how much I was looking to pay. Given my research on what these vehicles were selling for, I gave him a number. He scoffed. I like a good laugh as much as anyone, but instead of a reasoned response, I was essentially told to take a hike. When I asked what his best price was, the business owner said the price was the price, which of course is his prerogative. I ended up finding another Nissan Leaf online that was almost $1,000 cheaper, two years newer and with lower mileage. No regrets!

It was communicated to him that I needed to take the vehicle home that night, as it needed to be used first thing the next morning for business. I was in constant communication with him, emailing no more than 10 minutes apart, including informing him when I left work and the ETA. After battling rush hour traffic and arriving well before closing, I walked in to be informed that not only had he left for the night, but that the vehicle was not even on the property to look at, test drive, or purchase with another sales person. The sales person that did step in was apologetic, to his credit, as he was put in a bad position by his coworker, but suggested I leave a deposit on the vehicle without even seeing it, or test driving it, after his coworker just misled me and was utterly unprofessional in misleading me to believe I could procure the vehicle that evening. Maybe if I was going to some side of the road, middle of nowhere, no brand affiliated dealership I wouldn't be so mad, but for a company affiliated with Bentley and Rolls Royce, how is this how you treat a customer? Wasted 3 hours of my night, when I am in a bind and experiencing a vehicle emergency, and I could have gone elsewhere to solve my issue. Highly unprofessional. Rude. We went on a test drive and chatted about the newer features of the vehicle and of course discussed how I felt about it. The conversation didn't feel pressuring or rushed one bit which really made me comfortable. Once we got back and got into talking business Sean and I were pretty much aligned on numbers which as you know isn't always the case so I was thrilled. We gameplanned on next steps and wrapped up all the loose ends we needed to ensure when I come back in I can literally roll in and roll out (in style). I came in with a valid Mercedes-Benz CPO warranty, and instead of reading it, the Service Director, Sean Lobosco, immediately dismissed the repair, refused to even look at the warranty paperwork, and treated me like I was wasting his time. But here's the shocking part: After I paid my diagnostic fee (without arguing, without raising my voice), he followed me outside to the valet area just to tell me I'm not welcome back. No explanation. No reason. Just pure disrespect in front of customers and employees. When a manager goes out of his way to chase a customer outside just to throw attitude, that's not bad service -- that's toxic behavior. And after checking the reviews on Google and Yelp, it's very clear this isn't an isolated incident. Dozens of customers are reporting the exact same rude and hostile behavior from the same person. So let's be honest: The problem here isn't the customers. The problem is management that refuses to hold their own service director accountable. Mercedes-Benz is known worldwide for luxury, professionalism, and integrity. This service department represents NONE of that. If you care about your car, your warranty, or being treated like a human being, go to ANY other Mercedes-Benz dealer. You will save yourself time, money, and stress. And I strongly encourage anyone who experienced similar treatment to report it directly to Mercedes-Benz USA, because the owners of this dealership clearly aren't addressing the issue.
