I stay very busy with 3 jobs, but was able to chat with someone about a van I found online at 11pm. A guy called me the next morning and I was there that evening. I felt bad for I got there around their closing time. Despite this, they accommodated me, my wife, and a play area for my four kids while we looked at a van. I searched the van we bought online at a 150 mile radius, and for the miles and year; no other vehicle even came within 5k of the great deal we got. We were blessed to stumble upon Paul Miller Mazda. It was a 1.5 hour drive, but worth it. Jennifer, our sales rep was exceptional. They closed at 8, we finished up around 10pm. Going on 10:30pm, Jennifer was still with us in the parking lot as we were getting ready to drive away in our new van. She helped us figure out the family DVD player and Bluetooth along with the other features. Business was done, and she still wanted to make sure we taken care of and knew every feature our luxury vehicle had to offer. Please go to Paul Miller Mazda and ask for Jennifer. If you enjoy wasting time, being strung along for days, and watching basic communication die slowly in front of you, this is the dealership for you. You work hard for your money. Do not waste your time with these clowns. I spent two days working numbers with them to get to an agreed deal. Communication during negotiations was slow, but once the deal was supposedly done, it somehow got worse. Apparently, after the sale looks close, phones at this place become decorative office antiques. I eventually had to call and ask for the sales manager, Scott Reid, just to find out what was going on. Scott told me the deal was good and that someone would call me. About half an hour later, I received a text from Jay Rossow that simply said to call him. Again, because apparently dialing outward is an advanced dealership skill not yet unlocked. I called Jay and was told they could not sell the car we had agreed on. He asked if I wanted a different color. No, I did not. That is why we agreed on the car we agreed on. I was then told they would dealer-trade for one and it should be ready in a day or two. Two days later, after hearing nothing, I had to reach out again. I was told it would not be ready Saturday, but should be ready Monday. Monday came. Again, no communication. No call. No update. Just the same silent treatment, now with extra disappointment. When I reached out yet again, I was told the other dealer had sold the trade car. I reminded them I was leaving town that week. No meaningful response. The black hole of communication continued. Now neither Scott Reid nor Jay Rossow will answer calls or return voicemails. At this point, the follow-up process appears to be powered by smoke, mirrors, and whatever energy is generated by wasting customers' time. Maybe Brad Ferguson should spend less time worrying about selling cars and more time setting basic professional standards for his employees. A dealership can miss a deal. Cars get sold. Dealer trades fall through. That happens. But refusing to communicate, making the customer chase every update, and then disappearing when things go sideways is amateur hour with business cards. Very little transparency, even when asking for it. Will say anything on the phone to pull you into the dealership. Questionable ethics based on the wear charges when my lease was returned. Somehow there was damage at the inspection 2 days after drop off that wasn't there when the home inspection was completed by the company Mazda uses to do the inspection at the house. read more

Quite possibly the worst customer service and communication I have ever seen. It actually felt like they were trying to keep me from purchasing the car. Not transparent at all - I asked for photos & video of the vehicle multiple times and was ghosted. As a salesperson, I couldn't imagine having a very serious buyer and simply ignoring them. If this is their customer service during the sales process, I can only imagine how bad it is after you've purchased from them. Take your business elsewhere. read more

My wife was looking into buying a used Mazda CX-5, and we just happened to be in the area near closing time. We even told their employees that, in all likelihood, we would most likely not be buying a car here. Ky and Tyler still took the time to show us around and talk about the current models, including comparing them to their older models. I really appreciate people who provide excellent customer service for no reason other than they are great human beings. I took my 2018 cx9 in for its oil change and tire rotation mind you my vehicle ha only 20000 miles after inspection they came back and said my back brakes were gone and had to be replaced pads as well as rotors. Shocked that my 2018 cx9 with only 20000 miles would need rotors already and when asked if they could be turned or resurfaced they said no it would warp the rotors. I guess I could have left it there but I decided to call 2 other Mazda service departments one being in Louisville and they had never heard of such, they turn rotors all the time . I bought a new car from here in March 2018. The sales experience was fine, and I was happy with the price and that they included some free oil changes after I had asked. However, the free oil change services were conveniently forgotten and I was never contacted about them. When I began asking, I was generally ignored and pushed off in the hopes I would eventually give up. They really went out of their way to save themselves a meager $150 worth of service at the expense of losing any faith I had in the dealership. read more

Dealership falls way below what is expected from a service dept after the sale. Couldn't even put in proper air pressure in the tires when it was discovered Nitro was never put in tires. Leased a Mazda3 and 11 days later they haven't a clue where the car is or when the car will arrive. I find it laughable that they expect me to believe they can't track a car using the VIN number. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY..... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!! Car buying is always a hassle but I thought because I have a mazda lease I wanted to turn in they would work with me. I went in knowing what car I wanted. They then told me and my husband that they couldn't work with what we had to offer.....mind you they didn't budge in price at all. We went back a day later with more money for them only to not budge in price again and say that they would rather take the car to auction. The finance manager even told us they would lose way more money at auction then what we were going to offer. He then said that if they couldn't get as much at auction as we were going to give them he would call and could make a deal with the offer we presented. We agreed. Five days later I had to email the manager because I never heard from then and notice the car had dropped $500 on the website. He told me there was no way they could take our deal and that we needed to come up in price. Worst experience and they played nothing but games with us. They lost out on a customer over $2500 and still have a car they keep dropping in price but wouldn't sell to me. Tell me how that makes sense. Of 100+ reviews I've done with Google, I've only rated two or three businesses less than 5 stars. Im really not hard to get along with, and I'm not hard to please. With that being said, if I could give Paul Miller Mazda less than one star I absolutely would. Out of thousands of businesses I have dealt with in my lifetime, this has been the worst by far. David Richardson and numerous other members of management have lied to me over and over and refuse to fix a simple paperwork error that one of their bookkeepers made. I have called dozens of times over the last 4 months to see if the error has been fixed, only to be talked over and lied to. They always say they'll call back or email me copies of the documents and they never do. I plan on contacting the Kentucky Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. It's such a shame a tiny bookkeeping error that would take 5 minutes to fix has escalated so far. Paul Miller Auto Group truly does not care about taking care of you after the sale. read more

Worst experience at a car service center I have ever had. The guy who handled my oil change was rude and condescending. He also implied that I did not know anything about cars while he constantly tried to sell me on some addition repairs he said I needed. He went so far as to tell me that I would be lucky to drive home if I didn't immediately get my car fixed here today for $1500. I had to repeatedly ask him for my car keys back so that I could actually leave once the oil change was done. It took me mentioning the Better Business Bureau before he let me make it out the door. This ranks as one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to get your car serviced. read more

Went in to pick up parts.....no problem. On the way out I wanted to look at a new Mazda3 s Grand Touring and wondered around the sales floor for a few minutes. Finally found about 4 or 5 sales guys in the front glass office, they just looked at me. I finally opened the office door to inquire about a car and got a real smarta$$ comment from one of the salesmen. The service center is the worst ever. I come in at 11am (made an online appointment) requested a oil change and my check engine light is on. (Btw, they do not read their notes when you make an online appointment.) Show up for my appointment at 11, repeat my service request and then I'm told they can do the oil change but can't get to the check engine light till after 1 (they are shut down from 12-1 for lunch.) So I decide to come back at 1pm. I drop off my car and sit in the waiting area. I wait (2pm)I wait (3pm) I wait. The guy who accepted my car walks by multiple times and says nothing at all to me. At 330 I go and talk to another service center worker to ask the status and I am told he doesn't know and the other guy that accepted my car was busy and would get back to me. 4pm I go back out to the drop off area and my "guy" is back. I request an update and I'm told they are waiting on the price of parts but they are almost done. (My car is sitting in the parking lot). I request my keys and invoice so I can pay and finally leave. Then I'm made to feel like I was rushing them to be finished! I do not recommend this service center to anyone unless you want to sit and wait for multiple hours with no information or updates. 3+ hours for an oil change and check engine light. Customer service does not exist! This place is a joke! Never again. read more
