Tires were mismatched and worn, then Ron dropped off "new tires" (have text from Rod) they were also mismatched and worn, the inspection found severe damage under the entire car (front to back), and there was 7 check engine light warnings as well. No one was CERTAIN these issues came from the bumper repair and quite frankly, I was unsure if I could trust anyone. A lil unfair but it's the truth. The technician indeed discovered the issues were related to the repair. Costs & repairs were taken care of. I do NOT expect PERFECTION;however, I DO expect accountability, fairness, & truthfulness. Granted, my dad and i should've been paying attention in the moment. I don't deny my fault in this. However, it is the dealership/carsalesman responsibility and integrity to give their buyers cars that are safe to drive. Me driving 5 hours home after purchasing on those tires was a severe safety concern. Who knows what would've happened if i wasn't already being careful. So yeah if you shop here make sure you pay extra attention to what you're buying. I still love the car overall but that genuinely upset me that they did that. i want to note that, at the time of the paperwork, our car salesman specifically said something about they won't replace tires.... he almost gave it away at that point but I, again, was so blindsided about being excited for this new car, i didn't think much of it.
