Last week I had a couple of sinks that were backfilling while I was away on business. My wife sent me some pictures and I determined I needed to get someone in to snake the drains ASAP. I called Paul the Plumber and they said they could get over right away and would wave the $99 emergency fee. I thought I was in great hands. They show up about a half hour later and determined that yes the 2 sinks need to be snaked and 1 trap needed replacement. They had my wife sign that she agreed and proceeded with the work. They told her it would be $807 and without knowing what was fair and being in the house with a stranger, she signed. They did the work, which took about an hour, and got everything working properly. I received the invoice for $807 and was taken back. How could 1 hour of work cost $800? A J trap is roughly a $20 part. I called to question this and they were unwilling to work with me on the price and said that "it is a domestic issue if your wife signed it". I think it is extremely unethical to charge someone almost a thousand dollars for an hours worth of work. I also think they took advantage of my situation being away and my wife being home alone. Lastly, I do not under any circumstances appreciate having someone tell me that my wife signing a slip for a price she had no idea was outrageous is a domestic issue. I am extremely disappointed and it is disheartening that there is companies out there that take advantage of people being in a jam. read more

First off, I have no complaints about the technician and his trainee that came out to the call. He was friendly, kind and capable. I did not want to get the technicians in trouble due to them having no choice but to follow the company's directives. My complaint is with the company. Even after over a year, I am still disappointed, incredulous, stunned, and in disbelief at how Paul the Plumber screws over customers. Since my experience with them, have had three other plumbers over to do work. When I share how they charged $4,000 for replacing three toilets , they are shocked, shake their heads overcharged. They were there for roughly five hours, so it appears Paul the Plumber charged 800 dollars an hour. Is that fair? You be the judge. It says on their website that they believe in being 'Affordable' as well as having 'Honesty and Integrity.' Unfortunately, this was not my experience. Due to being a new homeowner, I really feel they took advantage of me. We were in a hurry to get into our new house due to COVID issues last year. All three toilets needed to be replaced in my house as well as minimal pipe work done under the kitchen sink, as well as they checked the water jets in the tub in the master bedroom to make sure it wasn't leaking. The company provided the three toilets. I was charged over four thousand dollars, and later discovered that the total with parts and labor certainly should not have cost over 1K [even the with toilet disposal fee and the company providing the toilets]. I usually don't leave reviews unless they are positive. Therefore, I thought long and hard about leaving this review due to wanting others in my area to be aware in dealing with these crooks. Paul the plumber tried to scam my grandmother whos washer and dryer were leaking at the valves. Charged over $300 to "clean" a water tank, and wanted over $700 to changed out both valves. Got another quote for the valves less than half from someone else.....so gross a business is trying to take advantage of an elderly women. Will be reporting to the BBB and Chamber of commerce. read more

The Summary: The problem with their system is that you have to pay $89 no matter what, so they can charge you as much as they decide and you are trapped, because you are already stuck paying the $89. Some companies will also include the 89 as part of the amount that goes toward the repair, but that was not the case here. The Experience: I chose Paul the Plumber after seeing all the good reviews. I called and they were able to fit me right in and actually able to see me today to install a new gas range. Everything good so far. They told me it would be $89 to come out and then they would give me a flat price. I agreed and Colby came out. He was polite and on time. When he got here, he looked at my new stove, looked at his iPad, and then told me it would be $710 to install. To install! All he had to do was switch out 5 nuts for the propane conversion and then connect the existing case line to it. I told him I couldn't pay that much for that little work (I had been quoted 100 to 200 by SNH Heating and Plumbing, but they were not available until next week). So he politely charged me $89 to come out and then left. The Conclusion: I warn you to not use Paul the Plumber unless you have no other options and are ready to shell out highly overpriced rates for repair. They may be nice, but for the prices they charge, they are smiling politely all the way to the bank. read more

Been using Paul the Plumber for 6 years...and the first 4 years were good even bordering on great for most situations. The last 2 years have been beyond frustrating. The rotating roster of technicians they send often resulted in them not being able to address whatever our issue was at the time causing us to have to reschedule and have to miss work again (because their hours are ONLY during the normal business days), them not fixing the issue completely causing us to have to reschedule and have to miss work again, or another issue seemingly popping up after they left on something they said was a "tune up" or something that was supposed to be easily addressed. Long story short, after 6-years of business with them...we are finding another company for our plumbing & HVAC because now we are stuck in the middle of an AC nightmare that was supposed to have been addressed in the fall and was supposed to be (according to both technicians who came in the fall) a simple fix. Now we are looking at a $500 diagnostic fee and at least $1600 to refill our refrigerant...and that doesn't even include labor or repairs. That does not seem like a simple fix in our opinion...and how it was missed when we've had technicians looking at it all this time for it to become a $2000+ repair issue is beyond frustrating. We have lost all faith in them with regard to their repairs and even with regard to their diagnostic capabilities...and after 4-years where we feel like they earned our trust, they have completely lost our trust in their diagnostics, their repairs, and their word...which sucks, because they were a very convenient "go-to" for many of our needs at the house. P.S. Don't sign-up for their monthly "memberships"...they are NOT worth the money each month because you get nothing other than a free "tune up each year, which, as I indicated above, is not worth it because more often than not they were not able to do the tune-up for some reason or their tune-up seemed to result in more (and more expensive) problems occurring after they left. read more

Warning: Worst plumber company ever. This past June 2021, I called them to install a new sink and Delta faucet in my first floor bathroom, and fix the dripping faucet in that bathroom tub. They put on a new faucet in the bathtub which seemed to stop the dripping. After they left, I could not close the drawer of the vanity - they had to come back and move and tie the drain hose to the side so that the drawer would close. A couple days later I came home to find a large puddle on floor in front of the vanity and called them back. This time they had to tighten up the line from the faucet, under the sink. While the plumber was there, I had him tighten up the faucet covers of the new Delta faucet on the vanity. He did not get them tight. They still turn around and around. Not sure he put the gasket on correctly. Today, February 7, 2022 I had another plumbing company come out to fix a leak from the bath tub into the basement. They said that the water was coming down the wall of the shower from splashing during a shower and hitting the recently installed tub faucet and leaking behind it. They said that the tub faucet did not have an opening on the underside of it which would have prevented the water from building up and leaking. They had to replace the tub faucet. Paul the plumber never told me there were different kinds of faucets, one better than another. The bill from Paul the plumber was quite exorbitant, especially in light of their mistakes. Absolutely disgusted with this company. My 80 year old neighbors got here from their FL winter home and a day later their Indirect hot water heater went. They called "Paul the Plumber" to get it fixed. They were quoted $5,500.00! With no breakdown in costs. They were told they were going to get the top of the line heater. Not knowing any better and not being able to get a hold of me first they agreed and went with the install. They have an easy access basement with straight forward copper plumbing. Nothing tricky to this install. After the install, the technicians told them they were able to get it down to $4995.00 because they had a part they removed that they could reuse on another job. What component I have no idea. They had me over after the job was done and showed me the invoice. She said, "I think I got taken." I agreed. After 5 calls to the office I finally got a hold of someone. They were repeatedly calling the home owner in lieu of calling me back. The office manager stated 'they agreed to the price before the work started." As if this justifies ripping them off. She said this several times even though I was clearly tell her about the $2,000 over charge. She was not even denying it, just telling me my neighbors agreed to the price. As you can see on their invoicing there are several places to sign so they make sure they can get you. Also notice that they did not itemize anything and the "top of the line" heater only has a two-year warranty. The manager told me several times "I do not even need to speak to you." The other pic is from a reputable plumber that installed the same size, same type, same plumbing indirect heater as theirs. Mine even needed changing the location of the feed and out lines and has a LIFETIME warranty. So I would say that I was right, they took this 80 year old couple or over $2,000 and really did not care. Totally called them on it. All the staff were terrific and jobs done well. We were even members for multi services. Unfortunately, a form of elderly abuse, they took advantage of us 80 yr Olds and charged us 551.00 for 18oz of refrigerant which costs about 45.00. A profit is ok but a 1150 % markup! The visit was free as part of our membership. 6 phone calls, with one call back from them resulted in a 70.00 deduction. We are no longer using Paul Bears plumbing services. read more

Had Paul the Plumber come out to give a free estimate today. Very prompt and courteous on the phone and in person without a doubt. I simply needed a kitchen faucet replaced because I was unable to do it myself due to a recent hip injury. I was quoted a price of $1250 if I purchased the faucet from them that was of inferior quality than the one, I already had. I was told that if I purchased my own fixture (which I already had done for $139 at Lowes, same fixture as the previous faucet) they would install it for $620 WTF. For me a non-plumber I can do the job in under 30 minutes. Thanked them for the estimate and will never give Paul the Plumber an opportunity for any future plumbing business. Poor business model because the plumber (Ryan) who came out was very personable and I am sure quite capable of doing such a small job. To think, Paul the Plumbers are driving from job to job and quoting estimates that are 3X or 4X times more than the job is worth, I just don't see the value in time lost, vehicle wear and tear and potential lost income or poor customer relations. Maybe I'm wrong but the only way this business model works is if they price gouge a few unsuspecting people who are most likely in desperate need of a plumber. Sorry to be so harsh but you had a chance to expand your customer base but I guess your only interested in the quick buck. Beware of vast overcharges for service. While at my house fixing a shut off valve the repair person noticed a small leak in my expansion tank of my furnace. He told me that this was a very large repair requiring a "a lot of time to correct" and would require him to take apart the entire furnace. The cost was $2,900. Having had positive experience before with Paul the Plumber we agreed to the repair. While a "lot of time" took 1.5 hours and required about $300 in parts, he did not take apart the furnace - just shut off the water and put on the parts outside the furnace. That comes to $1700 per hour !!! Total dishonest portrayal of the scope of the project. Do not trust this company. Get a second opinion. They are dishonest. read more

To much to write out about my situation but in short, I was left without being able to use my drains due to an issues that was made worse by their tech and the way it was handled. This is what I learned from this whole experience with Paul the Plumber. When you search a company on the net the top companies that pop up are the companies that pay to play. Meaning they pay for their name to be at the top of that list which means YOU pay for their name to be at the top of their list. Most of the time these companies are franchise companies that are all about making money and don't care what happens to you. It's just a get in, get paid, and get out. If you run into an issue they don't care or try to help. Don't get sold on fancy tech notifications, sold a bag of goods as why they charge so much because they have "experienced techs" or fully stocked trucks. Usually talk to your neighbors or social medial sites for reputable companies in your area. As an owner of a small electrical contracting company, I ALWAYS put my customers needs first. If ever there was an issue on the job, I would never leave a customer's house without temping out the issue to get them by for the night or day or whatever. To me, this is what you get from a smaller company and not one with fancy trucks, iPads, etc. Do extensive research about a company on the net first. Paul the Plumbers reviews seemed good on Google but not on Yelp. I didn't double check there just used Google reviews. My mistake. Now I am out thousands of dollars, without use of water with a family for a week or so two weeks before Christmas. My final comments are that I'm sure I will generate a response on here from this company. Maybe telling you I was rude, or I should have called the office or something along those lines. I can assure you I was not. By the end of the night when they were packing up and leaving, again left without being able to use my drains, I definitely was upset and angry at the situation and how it was handled, but never towards the employees. If you read other comments on your own about this company, you will find there are people complaining about price and Paul the Plumbers canned response is all the same. "We charge so much because for a lot of factors like experienced people, fully stocked trucks etc." Again, they are a large firm that only cares about making money and not their customers. I had a garbage disposal that was leaking. I called Paul the Plumber and he came reasonably quick. I had to pay an initial fee of $79. He emailed me an estimate: $675. I was shocked. A new disposal costs around $120. It takes max 1 1/2 hour. So I called them and asked what they charged per hour. They told me they didn't charge per hour, only per job. I asked her that they are charging $500 per hour and if she thought that was reasonable. She asked me if I wanted to file a complaint, I said yes and she hung up. I get that their slogan is " Service with a smile", they must be laughing at every poor customer who falls for this. I called another plumber and he charges $ 80. read more

Huh, I'm surprised that there's so many bad reviews. My garbage disposal was having issues. I tried DIY YouTube videos, but I needed professional help. I contacted them via their website and messaged back and forth with an agent. She gave me a few quotes based on a few situations so I knew what to expect and I had to confirm that I accepted the price ranges. Adrian came out the next day, on time. He was able to fix it in about 15 minutes. I was worried that I would have to get a new disposal but luckily that wasn't necessary. He also gave me an estimate on my dishwasher issue. Company responded quickly Technician was personable Work was horrible Request was to change out analogue thermostats (3 zones) to Wi-Fi Technician said additional parts were required (additional cost, paid for by me) which I agreed to (not knowing what parts he was referring to) Another appointment was set for the work & upon completion, I learned the additional parts were c-wire adaptors though the Wi-Fi thermostat kits came with c-wire adapters. I did not pursue this. In the weeks following the work, my home was heating to 86+ degrees with the furnace running continuously. I figured it was the new thermostats needing time to adjust. After a few weeks of the home being unbearably hot, I called PTP back. The new technician discovered (and repaired) that the wiring was not correct, causing the furnace to never turn off. I used an extra half tank of oil in the 3 weeks since the initial work was done incorrectly. PTP refuses to reimburse the additional heating costs I incurred (~$470) read more

I was charged $1000.00 to replace a few feet of piping from my basement to my outside faucet, which was also replaced. 2 men for a 1 man job, charged $99 for a truck full of supplies yet 1 of the plumbers had to leave to buy a faucet?! All my neighbors told me I had been ripped off. I called the office to ask for a detailed bill with hours and materials delineated. I was told "we don't do that", so I asked to speak with a manager and was told they would call me back, which of course never happened. I take responsibility for believing they were being honest and not asking more questions or doing more research but nevertheless...it's wrong to take advantage of customers. Lastly the screw on my outside faucet handle was loose Sloppy and shady plumbing. Sad. read more

This company is unscrupulous and they prey on elderly people. They recently completed light plumbing work for my parents (+80 years old). The Technician replaced a simple PVC configuration under a kitchen sink and replaced a bathroom faucet (with a bottom of the line Delta model). The total bill for this project was +$1,200 and the Technician was at the home for less than 75 minutes. They charged +$500 for the Delta faucet, as noted, it was probably the "starter home" model. By the way, if the Technician tries to sell you the $12.50/month plumbing agreement, don't go for it because it is a joke. Read the benefits of the program and you will understand why... I am ripping mad about this company and the best way to address their business practices is through social medial. My message to the owner, try building a reputable business through hard work and not scamming your customers. read more

A little hard to tell right now. My mother and step dad got a quote to fix their bathroom floor which had been leaking for years. They also got a quote to replace a water heater. That part of the job was done well. The repairs to the floor were the issue. A subcontracted carpenter (Boucher) did the carpentry work. The floor was not supported with joists underneath. The top part of the floor was put in with several cut pieces of plywood which were not level when I inspected after the carpenters were done. The floor also shook when walked on and was not level. This was to be the subfloor for newly installed tile floor. Didn't I de well in my opinion. I called Paul the Plumber and they were responsive and understanding. They said the tile guy would fix the floor before installing tile. However, the person who went back to my mothers house the next day was owner of the carpentry company who did what I believe was shoddy work and not the tile installed. He told my parents and texted me that all that was needed were a few more screws to tighten down the plywood to the subfloor and the two scrap 2x4's they had laid under the subfloor on the wide flat to put the screw into. Not a good long term fix. But Boucher said that it was the right application for the job. Guess we will have to wait and see. So the floor is pretty much as it was. The tile will be installed today and tomorrow. My guess is that the tile will be cracking in not too long a time. Paul the Plumber says all their work is guaranteed, but let's see how responsive they are when problems develop. So this review is partial and I will advise when they say they are compete and some time has passed. Update 02/07/18 - we'll almost 6 months have passed and so far no issues with the repair. Still level and solid. Will update again later in the year. read more

Called for a dripping shower head on a 6 month old home. Left a message but they returned my call promptly. Came out same day. Very nice and professional. She said "they normally charge $99 fee but we're running a special this month so waiving it". The tech can be there between 10 and 2. Awesome. I wasn't able to be home but my wife was. My wife said that Mike the tech was very nice and very professional. Texted before arriving like they said he would. Mike quickly assessed and diagnosed the problem as a bad water cartridge. Between turning off the water, replacing the cartridge with a standard Delta 1300 series cartridge, paying, and gone, Mike was there for about a half hour, maybe a couple minutes longer. Clearly it's a quick and easy replacement they routinely perform and a $30 standard part found at Home Depot, Lowe's, Amazon. For a half hour of work, with a part replacement where the part is standard and inexpensive, they charged us $706. According to home guide, national average is $100-$300 including labor and parts. Can't in good conscience recommend them and won't be using tagain with their insanely high price gouging. read more

I do NOT recommend Paul the Plumber. After using Paul the Plumber (formerly Benjamin Franklin Plumbing) since we moved into our home almost 20 years ago, I can no longer recommend their services. The AC stopped working during a July 2022 heatwave. We called PTP. Someone came out and assessed that we needed a new board. Ordered the $800+ board. PTP came out another day to install the board, however, the board wasn't the problem. It took hours to diagnose the problem. The technician was stumped ... even asked us if we had "driven into the unit" - which we had not - it looks as good as the day it was installed. He was perplexed because 14 lbs of refrigerant were just gone. After checking everything out, the grumpy lead technician (who didn't want to have to do XYZ to find the problem .... he forgot the windows were open because there was no AC - I was in the laundry room right outside where they were working, so I heard him complaining) finally opened the unit to see the Goodman heat pump pipes had rubbed together so much they wore holes in each other. Hence, the refrigerant leaked. The technician agreed that it was a manufacturer defect with the pipes so close together. But, we needed a new heat pump. Day 3 - PTP had to come out again to install the heat pump. We verified that they put insulation around the pipes this time. BUT - when you come to do an install, you should have all your supplies. The men left at 9:20 and didn't return until 10:00am because didn't have enough propane for his torch. Then, the lead technician didn't realize he was missing the external temp sensor. He would have known this had he noted where the wires were before he disconnected the unit. Then, before lunch they added refrigerant and let it run. But, the machine was not kicking on. They left at 11:50 for lunch and returned at 12:50. They returned from lunch and continued to assess the problem. These two technicians were stumped. They spent a total of three hours after everything was hooked up and refrigerant added trying to see why the unit wasn't working. At around 2:30 the lead technician called for help. Another technician arrived at 3:05pm. He determined that the lead technician never powered off the furnace when disconnecting the wires from the heat pump in the morning, so they blew the fuses. What should have taken a few hours turned into an all-day event. And we still had to pay $2600, despite PTP technician errors and a lemon of a product. PTP assured me they would work with me on the pricing because it was their supplier's manufacturing problem. I paid the $2600 in good faith PTP would adjust things accordingly. $2600 to install a heat pump (which they claimed was labor only) is exorbitant, especially for something that is warrantied. I certainly hope I don't get the same canned reply that PTP gives the other negative reviews. PTP TECHNICIAN ISSUES: 1. Day 1 - 1st technician didn't diagnose properly 2. Day 2 - 2nd technician (leader of 2) very grumpy and vocal about having to dismantle things and look for problem 3. Day 3 - 3rd technician (leader of 2) a. Had to leave to get propane for his torch b. Didn't realize he was missing the external temp sensor. He would have known this had he noted where the wires were before disconnecting the unit. c. Didn't power off the unit when disconnecting everything, to begin with d. Blew the fuses (because of the previous note) - therefore, the unit wouldn't run e. Wasted hours trying to diagnose the problem and couldn't figure it out - eventually had to call another technician to the house to help him (technician arrived @ 3:05 pm). PRICING ISSUES - $2600 1. Not our mistake - it's a lemon of a product by Goodman - the fight is between Goodman and PTP, not me 2. Unit is only 5 years old 3. Goodman is manufacturing a product designed to fail, and PTP is installing them 4. We should not be paying ANYTHING since this is a manufacturer problem - we should have gotten a newer and better unit AT NO COST and NO LABOR 5. New Goodman pumps cost approximately $2000, as seen online - which was likely part of the inflated $2600 they charged, even though they said this $2600 was labor only ON OUR PART ... * Many phone calls to discuss the charges * Two visits to the office to discuss with the manager * Final calls ignored - and told that PTP can do nothing * Used chat on website - asked for an upper-level manager to call back - nobody called * Called to speak with Paul Bears, the owner, directly - he did not answer nor did he return the phone call PAUL THE PLUMBER RESPONSE * Refuses to work with us on pricing * Won't work with customers to resolve anything * Won't contact Goodman to fight the battle of a lemon of a product * Won't stand by and support a loyal customer * Unethical - fleecing long-time customers This should have been handled gracefully, and PTP would still have our business. Instead, they have lost our business after almost 20 years. read more

They fixed everything I asked them too in a timely manner. They were super good with my dog -- a big one! Can't say enough about the service at Paul the Plumber. They were going to charge my daughter $2100 to fix (not replace) two leaky toilets and change the kitchen fixture. Would not give an itemized bill. She and I replaced the toilets ourselves for under $300, new faucet for $75, and got some bonding time while doing it. Just stay away from these guys. read more

The technician arrived on time, listened attentively to my concerns, examined the issue and provided me with a quote and explained that the work could be completed immediately. Had them come out for a clog on the main septic line to tank. They told my wife the pipe was cracked and needed replacement. Estimate was 5500. They also tried to up sell her a mixing valve for the water tank in the basement, which isn't something we called for. I just got a 2nd opinion from another plumber that went in with a camera. He looked at it twice and it is only compressed, not cracked as they told my wife. He said the diagnosis was "egregious" and also the estimate was out of line. I would hope that this was a mistake on your end and not something you regularly do to customers. I'll be sure to tell people not to use your service read more

It has been some time since I have used Paul the Plumber, but couldn't help but add my two cents after seeing some of the other reviews here. (we are currently looking for a plumber near our new house). At my former residence I was having trouble with the shower faucet. The plumber changed the shower stem valve and it cost nearly $600. The part is under $50, the time it takes is under 30 min. Why? Flat rate for any shower faucet repair. Beware and inquire ahead of time if you will be charged for parts/labor or a flat rate. The plumber who did the work was very nice and I could tell he felt bad. read more

What a crooked company! I had a gas line moved 12" and they never gave me an estimate like they said they would, they LIED saying the Tech spoke to me on the phone about the price. Sunday morning I finally realized - we have no hot water! After a little analysis, I determined a hot water pipe had burst under the house. I have a dirt crawl space under my 64 year old house, where just about everything exists from old plumbing and electrical projects. Last time I was down there some of the insulation had fallen from the floor joists. When I opened the door this time, 60% of the insulation had fallen, water was dripping from everywhere - the several hours of hot water leakage had steam bathed the whole space! I've done most every residential plumbing project there is over the last 40 years, but this I thought would be too dirty, not to mention muddy. So I called the first recommended plumber. They were scheduling 10 days out. I continued to call, finding 4 days out, then 2 days from Paul's , so I booked them to stop by, which is $79 now. The space had dried out some in the 3 days since turning off the hot water, but there were cobwebs galore, hanging insulation still dripping, a dirt floor with only 16" from ground to joists, and electrical lines, drainage lines and even a gas line to negotiate on the way in - I knew it would not be pleasant. I expected to pay another $100-200 for that inconvenience, hoping for an overall bill of $300-400 total. When the technicians arrived (apparently an experienced employee and a newbie he was training), the newbie was not wearing a mask. The experienced technician went in after the newbie attempted to. After turning the hot water on and off a number of times for them, the experienced tech told me there were two leaks a couple feet apart. The cost would be $700. I asked, "How long will it take"? "About an hour", he said. $700 an hour? I thought, wow I should start my own practice! I sent them home for $79. I went in after they left. I doubt he ever saw the real leak. After entering another 3 feet deeper into the crawlspace than the tech's did, I could finally see the hidden leak. A vertical section of pipe had never been inserted properly into a coupling - only about 1/16" deep. It burst and was completely separated from the kitchen sink hot water line. I repaired the issue in about one hour, with a 79 cent coupling I had on hand. Admittedly, I spent another hour getting ready and getting more tools, and then taking a shower washing the dirt out of my hair. But that was worth saving $700. Also, admittedly I do have another very small insignificant leak, that drips less than one cup a day, a slightly more involved repair, but in a slightly easier space. So I will give Pauls' a nod here - there WERE two leaks. From my calculations, one was 65,000 times bigger than the other... It should be noted that the technicians were both pleasant, and I'm sure both techs would excel under normal conditions; this was NOT a simple, eye-level repair in a dry cement floored basement. However, I did not see the need to pay $500 more for a repair that was not that difficult or involved. read more

I would not recommend this company. The plumber did minimal work and the charge was $1000+. Called other plumbers, after the work was finished, and the cost would have been half the price. Called Paul the Plumber and spoke with Susan. I questioned the invoice and asked for an itemized bill. She repeatedly said it was a flat rate, but would not give me the rate. I couldn't believe they quoted a new boiler installation 3X two other bids from reputable companies and comparable boiler. Very disappointing they would try and take advantage. I will never trust or use again. A $12,000 difference in price!!! Beware. read more

Do NOT use this company. We were told on the phone there would be a $99 charge fo a weekend call. Tech came right on time, went to Home Depot for a $40 part, came back to install it. Total time(including trip to HD) was 90 minutes. Bill was over $400. Sent email to request itemized bill. Never heard back. Buyer beware. read more

WAY too expensive. The problem was fixed, but I feel as if I was very overcharged for the amount of work and time it took.

I'm shocked at the price. Tub install/set, toilet install/set, and tub faucet and double vanity faucet... $3,000. Wow, just wow. I'm in the wrong occupation. Won't be back. read more
