We are remodeling our master suite on our new house we just bought. And I only wanted Carrera Marble. Unfortunately, our tile installer said Marble isn't a good selection for a steam shower. So I had to buy porcelain tile for the walls and ceiling. But I could use Carrera marble tile for the shower pan floor and slab Carrera Mable for the bench seating. Prices are super reasonable and we were able to take it home that day. I will post pictures when it's all done next week. Super happy with all of my Selection. I love HomeGoods and shop at many of their locations often. I was at H-mart across the street and was delighted to see a HomeGoods across the street. I decided to go in but quickly regretted it. One of the first problems with this location is that they are overrun with inventory. This isn't a large store, so I don't know why they have so much stuff. There isn't enough space in the store to display it all in a safe and neat manner. I used to work retail many moons ago, so seeing unpacked boxes hanging out on the floor, as well as a wall of unpacked cardboard boxes in the lighting section, tells me that their back storage area must also be full. There were also about 5-6 tables outside of the store with tons of stuff on them, all clearance that they were trying to get rid of. The store looks sloppy and unprofessional. It's like the manager and the staff just to give a damn. The shelves are also a mess and the merchandise was sloppily hanging on the shelves. There was one aisle that had pillows on the floor. There were so many that they were blocking the way. You couldn't get through without stepping on them or tripping. Are they trying to get sued??? Honestly, there was just shit everywhere in and out of boxes. Even if this was just a bad and busy day, I will never come back. The location in Queen Anne on Armory is much nicer and better run. If you want a nice shopping experience where you aren't at risk of injury due to store items on the floor, don't shop here.

The delivery team was great; they set up the couch, removed all the packaging, and left everything looking perfect. Instead of walking over to look at the product--despite being only about 12 feet away--he glanced from a distance, checked his phone for a moment, and told her it was $13.99. That didn't sit right with me, so after paying, Something didn't feel right so I went back to check the shelf myself. The exact same item was clearly marked $5.79. I brought the correctly priced item and photos to the manager. He offered no apology and simply said the online price he saw was higher. When I returned to the register to correct the purchase, he brushed it off again, saying the item "must have been marked wrong." The issue isn't just the price difference--it's the lack of effort and accountability. The manager didn't take a moment to walk over and verify the product, didn't check the shelf, and didn't seem concerned about overcharging a customer by more than double. Not everyone can absorb that kind of mistake, and customers shouldn't have to double-check basic accuracy. Do better. Customers trust matters, and so does taking the time to get it right. Customers should trust the store to be accurate and fair the first time.
