I had never gotten my car detailed before and I have a 2008 Subaru with light tan cloth seats that get dirty really easily. At first when I got in my car back I was very happy with it as overall it was definitely clean. They put a note on the receipt that said they tried their best on one specific stain but couldn't get it out, which I understand because of the nature of the stain but.. aside from that, it seemed they didn't even touch the fold down mirrors, or the back of the seats, or the ceiling at all. Maybe those are weird areas but I have a 3 year old who is always kicking my seat and putting his sticky fingers on the ceiling as he's gettig in or out of the car or whatever. And I do makeup in the mirror sometimes and it had makeup on it. Other areas I could tell they did clean or at least tried because it was still dirty but you could see a path where they used a vacuum or something. I got this in a gift certificate for my birthday, a car detail being all I asked for. I don't know if that factored in to how thoroughly they did the job, but it does make me wonder if they put in less than 100% thinking I wouldn't be so critical of the work if I hadn't paid for it myself. I have no idea if this is the case I just can't help but think it. Anyway overall the car was clean and by now it's over a month later that I got around to reviewing. I don't write many reviews, but every once in awhile I feel compelled to share a really good experience. In the case I saw that there are some old reviews and perhaps it was time to share a recent experience. I have lived in the city my whole life and anyone who is a car aficionado knows that if you want the best detailing, bring it to Paul's. I recently decided to bring my 1998 Acura Integra for a complete detailing. I have owned this car for 21 years and I have always babied it and taken really good care of it. However, the work they did at Paul's was a whole other level. They left the car as perfect as you could get a 23 year old car. The upholstery was brought back to life as well as the many details of the interior, such as getting dust out of air vents. They even went so far as to detail the engine bay. I found the staff to be very professional and courteous. They were also very honest, they took measurements of how thick the paint was (again 23 year old paint) and were honest with me with how aggressive you can buff the paint in some areas. In spite of this, I was completely satisfied with how good the work came out. Don't hesitate to bring your car to them! read more

Where do I begin! I had the misfortune of buying a car from Paul's Car care and let me tell you, WHAT A MESS! I was on the hunt for a Subaru WRX for some time now and a beautiful 2013 Wagon came up online for sale in Manchester at some Used car lot/detail shop called Paul's. I was sketched out at first but gave it a shot anyways. John Paul (head of sales and also total Dbag) answered all of the questions I had and everything checked out. I wanted the car, I was bringing it home no matter what - but I wanted some sort of guarantee with the car but JP refused to give me one..not even 7 days. This should have been a deal breaker considering ANY reputable car dealer should stand by their cars (stay tuned) but, I was stupid and signed the papers anyways. 2 days later I start hearing this crazy WUB WUB WUB noise from the car and drove it right to Subaru for a diagnostic...the car needed almost 6k worth of work. 2 cracked rims and the Transmission Synchros were LONG GONE! Now it all made sense. That's why he couldn't give me any guarantee, he knew the car had problems and didn't want to disclose them to me. Luckily for me (and Paul's) they took the car back and the deal was reversed as if it never happened. I genuinely appreciated this gesture as NH law does not require them to do that HOWEVER! This place is extremely unprofessional and honestly I feel stupid I even did business here in the first place. I don't want what I went through to happen to anyone else so PLEASE do yourselves a favor and go elsewhere...no matter how bad you want the car! Paul's should stick to detailing and stop lying to customers. They even tried to tell me they had the car inspected by a reputable mechanic when clearly the mechanic must have been brain dead if he missed such a major transmission issue + cracked rims. I do appreciate that he gave me my money back and reversed the deal, that was nice - but he also knew how bad the situation was. read more

I will start from the very beginning. I purchased a 2009 Honda Accord Coupe on May 29, 2015 from John Paul who is the owner's son. Looking back now and NOW having the knowledge I do there were so many red flags from the get-go. It is safe to say I regret buying this car. Number one there was absolutely zero information given on this car except the mileage and year, LITERALLY, which I will add I did not ask for a car fax and I will take responsibility for that part, Number two when we bought the car the paint was immaculate and in great shape, (which i will explain why this was misleading.) Number Three, The paperwork that is needed to register the vehicle and to receive an insurance binder was done incorrectly and carelessly put together. Last but not least John Paul was about as impersonal as one could get. Now within the first month of owning the car the hood started to chip and some spots appeared to have bubbled, almost as if the paint was melting off. In the second month there was a coolant leak which caused the radiator to overheat which almost killed the engine. I called back the dealership and was told there was nothing that could be done on their end. AWESOME customer service. Fast forward to this past March 2016. I was looking to get a more reliable car at Peter's Honda Nashua (which I would highly recommend) Of course I planned to use the equity of the 09 Honda towards this new car I would be purchasing. I had both dealership managers and the general manager inspect my car to see what the value of the car would be. They informed me that the whole front end of the vehicle was gutted and replaced poorly, the hood was skim coated, and slapped together to make it look good for a couple of months hence why the hood started to chip immediately. John Paul from Paul's Executive Care care failed to tell me at time of purchase that the vehicle had been in a head on collision. He was so eager and forceful to sell this car and disregarded the danger he could of put myself and my husband in while in this vehicle. Let me start out by saying that in this world it is very hard to by anything used but after my experience here with the quality service and honestly yes I said honestly I purchased a car from this family owed dealership I look at it on a Wednesday and had it by Friday. The paperwork went smoothly ran into a problem at rmv and the son came down to the rmv to fix it scribbled on title but no hesitation to help simply amazing. Then the Cadillac had no instruction book so he said he would get me one a week later he purchased one on eBay and shipped it to my home. Now he already had his money so he didn't really have to purchase the book for me but he did this truly shows how honest and how genuine this family is.
