This man has helped me out twice already! I had issues with my starter a couple years ago, and then recently my alternator. Each time I needed his services he responded within 24hrs and it was easy to make an appointment. He comes directly to your house, assesses the vehicle, calls the place he'd purchase the part(s) for and gives you an estimate on the cost right then and there before he proceeds. I believe there's a general $60 fee if you have him assess and don't continue with his services as well, but I've never not gone with his recommendations. He said he could fix it that same day. He arrived in the morning, diagnosed the issue as a leaking water pump and then offered to drive me to O'Reilly's to get the parts. I have a 2013 Altima Coupe, and it didn't start this morning. I went to the internet to find a mobile mechanic to come and take a look at it before I make a hasty decision of calling a towing company to take my car to the dealership. I wanted a local mechanic rather than a company because I like personal approaches to business and based on experience, they have better customer service/care. Then, I found Paul on Yelp. I called him up and he came a little over an hour just as he said. He checked my car and turns out I needed a new battery. He drove me to the nearest parts supply and got a new one. He hooked up the new battery and re-checked the car for other issues. All in all, I spent $200 on everything including the new battery. Minus the battery price, you'll find his rate is very very reasonable.
