I was in search of a mechanic to do front rotor and pads online and came across yelp reviews. I put in a request via yelp and Max was quick to reply with a super reasonable quote on installing the rotors and pads i purchased ahead of time. Max took off one wheel and diagnosed the problem more than just rotor and pads. My caliper was completely seized and not functioning. He proceeded to give me a quote and offered to complete the install same day, CALIPER, ROTOR, and PADS. After picking up the calipers, he came to a different location which was further than the original meet up spot. Quickly and correctly handled the the work requested. Brake Cleaner on new rotors, grease on the right assembly parts for pads and replacement of calipers using the correct bleeding tool to fully complete the process. 100% SATISFIED. He even used a torque wrench on the lugnuts which i am super OCD about. Max is completely mechanical inclined and knowledgeable with his work. He also saw a few other things that wasn't part of the service request and gave me a heads up on his recommendation. I contacted them because I had an issue with my 2014 Mercedes C250. He was pretty quick to get back to me, price for a diagnosis was pretty good compared to other shops that charge 150+ just to inspect your car. After the diagnosis, we set up a time to get the repairs done, luckily he had the part in stock so originally it was gonna be done same day, however once he was able to get a little deeper into the car he found the original cause of the problem i had, he called me over to go see it myself. Now Im not that experienced with cars but I know a fair amount so I know he was being transparent and truthful with me. He then told me he would have the parts next day (which he did) but it turns out my car used a different size than most others of the same year (lucky me lol) so he then had to order the parts online and he showed me the receipt and everything so i knew exactly how much the parts costed me.
