Rob is a very charming guy, but a total scam artist. His real goal is to destroy your car and then offer to buy it dirt cheap. STAY AWAY.

I was then explained that the previous owner had left and there was a new CA BAR number and they had no responsibility to repair it but they would look at it and possibly assist. So I towed it over and they proceeded to quote me 2500 more to fix the things they were supposed to fix previously. I don't know if these guys are working a scheme to get new owners in every couple years so they can't be sued. Its just a shame that they are the reason you have a hard time trusting repair shops. The give honest shops a bad name. Due your own research, make your own choice. But don't say I didn't try warning everyone.

After a couple of weeks they sent to a neighboring auto shop to check it out. It's nice to talk with someone on a personal level and not feel like a number like I do at the MB dealership. I got a service in which Nick beat the quoted price from the dealership. I was having some brake issues and knew that I needed new pads and possibly new rotors. Nick was very honest and let me know that only my front pads needed to be changed and that my back pads still had more use ahead. He also let know my rotors were good so no need to change.
