Nicest, best quality ceiling fans I've ever owned. What has brought me back a few times we're issues with the remote(s). It's to be expected. Things break down after years of use. The last two times (over years) Blaine has been the one to assist me. Each time he listened to the situation intently, decided best course of action, and quickly provided solution. And the last time I thought the replacement remote was faulty... I telephoned them while driving back to exchange when associate "kindly" mentioned if it was a remote problem they would absolutely replace it BUT they would also make sure it wasn't an issue with the wiring or fan itself. Oops... I didn't consider that possibility. Turned my car around, right after picking up some onolicious oxtail soup across the street from them. :-) After arriving home, reprogrammed my other remote to see if same issue and bingo! ... light on fan still not turning off with remote. About 6 months ago I realized that I had a major and potentially dangerous electrical problem in my…read morehouse. I thought I knew where the problem was but wasn't certain. I called an electrician I trusted who I'd used a couple of years earlier, but unfortunately he was booked. I asked him for a recommendation, and he provided me with Evan's name and contact information. Since this was bordering on an emergency, Evan made time to come out right away. The problem was intermittent and I wasn't able to duplicate it while Evan was there until a later date. We started with the electric panel in the house. I thought this was the source of the problems since I had been told a couple of years earlier that it needed to be replaced. Evan did a great job but unfortunately it didn't fix the larger issue. My house was built in the early 90s and is open air, so things corrode quickly. I had many power outlets and light switches were were showing problems and I'd made the decision to replace all of them in the house. There were more than 200 devices needing to be replaced. While this work was going on, we were able to duplicate the major problem with Evan there to see it. He quickly determined that the problem was in the outdoor panel feeding the lines into the house. A call to HECO to come out and inspect and verify and Evan was on his way to replacing that. Problem solved! Evan has also removed several ceiling fans and replaced with new ones as well as some internal and external lighting work. All of the work Evan has done for me has been excellent.
