10/7/22 Update And now he's a lying psychopath on top of the…read morebad service! He posted a comment that he doesn't like to work with people like me because I don't give him the full payment. BULL***T! Nothing could be futher from the truth. Not only did I pay him every penny (have all the venmo receipts to prove it), but I am the one to had to chase him to catch up. Cleanup was a 2-part job, weeks apart. Rather than paying 50% each time, he asked that when I paid for the first half, that I advance money toward the 2nd half. Then, he didn't want to do the work. His behavior was very erratic the entire time. That combined with desperation for money makes me suspect a drug problem. He would message me and ask when I was going to pay him and I'd have to send him the screen shot reminding him that I paid him when he was here! As for all the sudden 5-star reviews: As of today, there are ones such as someone from Buffalo, NY with 3 reviews. Someone from Spokane, WA who has no other reviews, etc. Bernardo has trouble showing up to Queens (which is where he lives). He clearly didn't go hundreds of miles upstate or thousands of miles across the country. So, in addition to all his other fabulous qualities, HE'S HAVING BOGUS REVIEWS POSTED FOR HIM

He even took the time to ensure the lawn was perfectly restored afterward. I was so impressed that I hired him again to install a new sprinkler zone. Elmer from Express Tree Services called me less than an hour after I posted the request on Yelp,…read morecame by this morning to give me an estimate, matched a price I'd gotten from a couple of other businesses based on photos I'd sent and did the job today. Amazing cleanup. Other than the hole where the tree used to be (and a broken gate), you could not tell that anything had happened. Photos below show the way things looked before any work was done, how things stood after a friend took all the limbs off the tree and how things look now. Highly recommended.
