From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming. The presentation of the food was stunning, but even more importantly, everything tasted amazing. We started with the Chicken 65, Gobi Manchurian, and samosas, which were all flavorful and perfectly prepared. The Chicken Tikka Masala, Shrimp Tikka Masala, and Salmon Butter Masala were rich, creamy, and packed with flavor. The garlic naan was delicious, and the famous 24K Gold Butter Naan was a fun and memorable treat that the whole family enjoyed. The cocktails were refreshing, and the mango lassi was a big hit with our son. We ended the meal with one of their beautiful gold desserts, which was the perfect sweet finish. As a family with children, we appreciated how accommodating the staff was and how much there was for everyone to enjoy. To our surprise, every single item on the buffet line was cold -- from the rice and chicken dishes to the biryani and palak paneer. If a restaurant opens at 11:30, the food should be hot and ready to serve. Cold curries and rice immediately take away from both texture and flavor, and in this case, the dishes tasted flat and lacked the depth of spices you expect from Indian cuisine. Based on this visit, I would recommend skipping the buffet and ordering from the regular menu instead. Buffet selections often feel like the more economical options, and here they were devoid of the bold flavors that make Indian food so memorable.
